I have stayed at The Parktown, eaten in the Parktown in the restaurant and in conferance rooms and meeting rooms on a weekly basis for over 4 years, had client meetings there, held several company events there ...and they have been very well recieved by clients! The updates and renos are fabulous and I have always been made to feel listened to and valued, they are a big hotel, with so much to offer yet they have a family feel. Thats why I wanted them on my directory of Trustworthy businesses and approached them before any other hotel ...I was was thrilled when they agreed to come on board .Since that time I have held 3 events at the hotel and I have to say that they were excellent! They were well received by my clients , who had a great time, and the staff ( from catering to bar staff) have all been outstanding. I have directed clients from other markets to stay there ..and they all tell me what a great hotel it is! I am very happy and proud to endorse them on Trusted Saskatoon, and if anyone knows them, and what they do I think after SO much experience over so many years...with so many different aspects to my experience of them ..I think I can say I do! Well let me start off by sayings that, as a frequent guest of the Park Town Hotel, Miss Bouffard's recent detractions strike me as anomalies rather than the norm. Certainly I have never experienced any of these problems; the wireless speed has been fantastic (I have repeatedly been able to steam HD videos on my laptop) and the girls at the front desk have always struck me as friendly and vivacious. In fact, I would say that the Park Town Hotel offers unequivocally superior internet service than any other hotel in the downtown area, including the Delta Bessborough and the Sheraton Cavalier. The Hotel's staff members are also exceptionally welcoming and ever attentive to one's needs. In the end, however, what I value most about the Park Town Hotel, and the principal reason I continue to stay there well in Saskatoon, either for business or for pleasure, is the gorgeous view of the South Saskatchewan River that is offered from the hotel and the restaurant. There is really nothing more striking in Saskatoon, at least in my own opinion, than eating a meal in the fabulous Four Seasons Restaurant and enjoying a breathtaking view of the City of Bridges. Nevertheless, beauty aside, the Park Town Hotel also offers unbeatable rates considering its proximity to not only the economic heart of Saskatoon, but also to the University of Saskatchewan and two of the cities hospitals. In sum, the Park Town's advantageous location, peerless rates, and friendly staff are what keep me coming back time and time again.

Went to the comedy club for a friends birthday. In between comedians there was a few mins where they said go to the washroom or go smoke and such. The last comedian comes out and literally 3 seconds in blasts my friend for texting on her cell and says he won't continue unless that "c u next tuesday" is escorted out. Our entire table of about 25 people were completed flabbergasted!! So we all left. While he insulted all of us on the way out. When we brought our concerns to the man who appeared to be supervising that night and received unbelievably rude customer service! First he said we'd get our money back then he changed his tune and said only people that paid with a card could have their money back. So turned off to this place. I will not return and I will tell everyone how poorly we were treated. For shame.

Please accept our sincere appreciation and grateful thanks for the accommodations and service you and your staff provided for the participants and spouses at the MAAC Annual General meetings held March 20 to March 24, 2013. From the amazing service that Heather. reservations manager, provided for our personal request of an upgraded room, Sue's unfailingly friendly and accommodating manner in the restaurant, the helpful and prompt service of your shuttle bus driver, the obliging and thoughtful housekeeping gals (on the 7th floor), and Chantelle's helpfulness and delivery with our last minute request on Sunday, March 24th, to have everyone seated in the banquet room for supper. Your staff epitomized customer service with a natural friendliness that was appreciated by all, especially the Saskatchewan hosts. Please extend our personal thank you to all your staff for a wonderful provision of "Western Hospitality".

The Park Town is the only family owned Hotels within a cluster of six which have the luxury to afford it's patrons a view of the river while enjoying a meal. I have visited here more times over the last 30 years and what has prevailed is quality, good service, and the vibrance of Saskatoon from dusk till dawn. In times where there are so many big merged hotel companies - The Park Town is still owned and managed by the same family since it's inception. There is something to be said for that.
