I usually dread car shopping. Which is why i was so pleasantly surprised when i got to Joe Myers. I immediately felt at ease from the first hello. I knew what car I was coming to see (2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid) and was immediately shown the car and given a good run down of the features and benefits. John Williams guided my wife and me through the entire process without coming off as pushy or rushed. He answered all our questions and when we pointed out a slight calculation error did not get defensive but instead apologized and had it immediately corrected. He worked through several iterations on the final price with us and in the end gave us a price we were more than happy with. I would recommend Joe Myers to anyone looking at purchasing a new car. John Williams was an excellent salesman and everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly.

Ask for John Williams or Josh! Both those guys are great sales reps and they will be totally transparent with you about all the financial aspects of your deal. I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer Limited with every piece of tech on it I could find. It is Pearl White with black/pecan leather interior and it is a beauty. Ford had the best incentives and financing offers compared to other makers, which is what lead me to Ford. Also, Joe Myers web site was the only auto site I went to that would show me what they were taking off the price right off the top. I was initially considering different makes of rides. Also my husband is a big fan of Ford since he used to sell them. We went in to look at the Explorers I had picked out (2 of them) and maybe a Lincoln or two. We sat in a couple of the Lincoln's but I just was not feeling it. John found one of the explorers I wanted to see, and once I opened the doors, it was love at first sight! The whole process was so great, that half way through my deal, my husband said, you know what, I need a new truck...so, we bought two new rides that day. Easy peasy! I got a lot of tech for my money and lots of whistles and bells which is exactly what I wanted. My husband wanted something more basic, so he bought a 2014 double cab pick up. It is very pretty. Our driveway looks like we robbed the local dealership. LOL, Joe Myers Ford Rocks. Oh, I have great credit so no problems there. I think your finances will dictate how much a dealer can do for you. We also both traded in our vehicles and my husband negotiated both of those transactions and it went smoothly.

This is the 2nd vehicle my wife and I have bought from Joe Myers Ford & we couldn't be happier. Our sales rep Malachi Ohrabka was very professional and easy to deal with. The price was fair and the deal was done quickly which we appreciated because we had an appointment to keep. I will definitely call Malachi and Joe Myers Ford the next time I am shopping for a new vehicle.

I have a feeling some of these reviews are fake. That said, my experience here went pretty well. Honestly, had it not been a 2013 sitting on the lot (that they needed to get rid of) midway through 2014 I probably would have went elsewhere so I had some negotiation power. They give the standard runaround and 'let me ask my manager for a lower price' game, just play along and stand firm. Other than that, fairly nice people. I had to call in about two weeks after purchase (as I was mostly using my bluetooth audio) after as both I and my salesman, Rudy, didn't notice that my car was missing its antenna. They overnighted me one as I'm about 30 miles away and it was on my doorstep the next morning. Easy. Calling in can be a challenge as they stay pretty busy. I've gotten a few questions from Rudy asking how I was liking the car and if I ever have questions or issues to just contact him personally - much nicer than just sales or service offers. It's a large dealership - so expect the games and hecticness, but they're pretty decent people to work with and buy a car from.

The only reason I went in was because of the reviews. I spoke with Malachi via email and shared my concerns, being that I am not an ideal candidate for a car loan based on past history. He asked me to come in and talk to him. I was very hesitant being that the sales people at dealerships are like vultures. Booooooooyyyy was I wrong. He promised me that he would be up front and do what was in my best interest. He and Michael(?) Weston (the director of finance) worked their mojo. Needless to say I walked out of there with the exact car that I wanted, affordable note and minimum down payment. The stars were aligned in my favor and I thank God that these two men helped me. If you are looking for a car and don't want to be hassled, please talk to these guys. It will be worth your time and effort!

I went to Joe Myers Ford just for comparison purposes...I had already been to other dealerships...but was not quite ready to make the actual purchase. However the sales rep. was very knowledgeable and covered all the options available on the F-150 in detail to the extent that I was finally confident about what truck would best satisfy my particular needs. He showed me several examples and I found the one I liked. I feel that I made a good deal...and they made a special effort to accommodate my particular desires on at least one item by providing an upgrade on seating. I was introduced to the guy heading up the Services Dept. and received a briefing on maintenance...I like their program. Another gentleman took care of the paperwork most expeditiously, while a lady covered the owners manual and other important details...altogether a satisfying experience. I can recommend Joe Myers with confidence if you're considering a new truck.

Up to my visit with Mack Smith at Joe Myers, my experience with Ford Dealerships has been abissmal thanks to the Planet Ford Service department. I felt cheated, lied to, had to spend money on a rental for absolutely no reason and they kept our Ford Explorer for 2 days with no updates whatsoever. Once I finally picked it up they tried to invoice me for doing absolutely nothing. Even when I drove off the lot, my oil change light popped up. Somehow they didn't pick up on that or bother to check. Now our 2012 Explorer needed some maintenance and I was very skeptical about giving another Ford dealership a chance. I would have rather let the Explorer fall apart then deal with that again. But I had no choice... I decided to call Joe Myers since it is our local dealership and was put into contact with Mack Smith. From the get go I explained my concern with Ford Service department and why. Mack was extremely understanding and assured me not only would he take care of us, he would make sure we were given priority because we had to pay for our loaner car. I felt Mack went completely out of his way to help us and communicate what was going on with our repairs. At no point did I feel lied to, taken advantage of or cheated. Mack even spoke to the insurance company and found out that I had rental car coverage which I didn't think we had. Mack in turn communicated with Enterprise and ensured that they had the correct details. I only found this out when I called Enterprise. I was impressed that Mack did this without making a big deal about it and having to tell me. This was a pleasant surprise. Our vehicle was done on time and most important done right the first time. Without a doubt, because of Mack Smith, my faith has been renewed in Ford Service Department specifically Joe Myers, and we will always bring our Ford back to Mack for an honest through assessment of what we need done. Thanks to Mack Smith! Sincerely, Richard Ladwig

I was looking for a new Ford Escape and Joe Myers provided me with a good price. Everything goes well and quite easily. It took me only half a day to get all things done. Curtis Holliday helps me a lot. He's quite patient and humorous :)
