Pretty busy beer day yesterday. Finally bottled the remaining Dunkel out of the keg (using my new Blichmann Beer Gun!). Then I washed/sanitized that keg (I need another one) and filled it with the English Barley Wine I brewed on 12/26 (~12% ABV) - carbonation in progress. Then got the Cream/Sweet Stout Mike and I brewed a few weeks ago into the lagering fridge to clarify and sit a bit. Lots of cleaning and scrubbing.
