Take a Suggestion "In a recent study from Switzerland, researchers found that having people listen to hypnotic suggestions--words and phrases like 'relax' and 'let go'--increased their time spent in deep sleep by 81 percent."

Avoid a Nap Trap If you absolutely must take a nap, limit it to thirty minutes or less. Also, try to get to bed around the same time each night and get up around the same time as well - even on weekends.

Quercetin This is an antioxidant found in onions, apples, grapefruit, and okra. It is also available as a supplement.

Bromelain A compound most commonly found in pineapples, it's said to be effective at treating respiratory distress and inflammation. You can find this one in supplement form as well.

Vitamin C Vitamin C is prevalent in many fruits and vegetables. You'll want to consume at least 2 g per day for the best antihistamine results.

How Much Water Do I Need to Drink? (https://goo.gl/qi6UjP)

Surprisingly, researchers are still trying to figure out the best answer to this question. It can vary from person to person, and depends on circumstances. In general, you can aim for the eight by eight rule: eight 8 oz. glasses of liquid a day will generally keep you hydrated. Coffee, tea, and beer are liquids too, so they count towards your daily fluid intake, but just make sure water is mostly what you're drinking.

Another good rule of thumb is to drink a glass of water when you feel thirsty. While this may seem basic, with our busy lives, sometimes we ignore our bodies. Downing a small cup of water every time you're thirsty will do wonders in keeping you hydrated.
