I called ahead to ask if they did made-to-order sandwiches, which most other WF locations do and they told me yes, that they did. I then walked to the store, which was a mile from my hotel, and when I arrived at the store, they pointed me towards to cooler case with the pre-made sandwiches. When I asked why they had told me something on the phone, the employee just shrugged and went on with what she was doing. Thanks for wasting my time.

They are pretty friendly, it's always neat and clean, but sometimes the lines are long as crap and they don't have the wood burning pizza over like Annapolis. That's the only downer.

Tom and Andre from catering helped us create a miracle. Our 28 year old granddaughter was hospitalized at Johns Hopkins over Thanksgiving to have a double lung transplant. The only way we could have our family of 22 together was to bring Thanksgiving to Hopkins so her parents and husband could join us. The Hospital gave us the doctors' lunch room and Tom and Andre at Whole Foods guided us through the process of providing everything we needed -- packaged, hot, sliced and delicious. We came from out of town and accomplished the feat by phone and email and the service, kindness and quality of the food was perfect. The staff's helpfulness, professionalism and the outstanding food surpassed expectation -- who is that helpful anymore? Whole Foods helped us celebrate a beloved family member's successful surgery at a Thanksgiving none of us will ever forget. It was also a surprisingly affordable meal. Thank you Tom, Andre and Whole Foods. Lynn Raskin

I'm so glad to have this grocery store within 2 miles of my house. Yes, it's a bit expensive but they carry plenty of good stuff for your body that you won't get in conventional stores. The clerks are really friendly, too.

Consistently get great tips (and kindness) from Paige and Shawn in the supplements department. And the seafood guys always make me smile! I appreciate the coupons in the monthly newsletter--because, of course, this store's nickname is Whole Paycheck. But I've found lots of reasonably priced 365 (house brand) items that do the trick! Love that I can read the ingredients on the back of he prepared foods cards, too. Thanks, guy!
