Very good sign. Afghan elders do not object against the deal. Hopefully Karzai will actually sign it before the elections next year.

Loya Jirga assembly votes for U.S.-Afghan security deal - World News - http://tpt.to/a44nvLC - shared from Taptu
KABUL, Afghanistan - Afghan president Hamid Karzai said the United States should bring peace to his country before he would sign a security deal enabling American troops to stay beyond 2014, despite calls by an assembly of tribal elders to agree to the pact.

+vixen3737  I agree with +Scott Norcross if the US soldiers leave the country, Taliban will retake it and then what would be the reason for all these sacrifices people like Scott has made? It sounds like Karzai is not going to sign as he doesn't want his name to recorded in Afghan history as betrayer to his country( people in southern Afghanistan would judge him like that!)  Even the Loya Jirga was not needed for this agreement, he could have sign it but as I stated above its the reason he hold the Loya Jirga to justify any bad consequences telling it was the Afghan nation who agreed with it not me!

Ok, I need my computer nerds for this one ;),
I'm getting ready to sell my PS4 and PS3 to buy a decent mid range gaming rig. I don't want to spend much more than $600-$700 for everything (tower, components, monitor, keyboard, mouse). Anyone have any ideas as to what a computer noob could build (or have prebuilt because , again, I'm a noob ) , for that kind of money? I'd like a rig that could play the likes of BF4 ,.rust , DayZ, Arma 3 ,etc. on med. to high settings with decent fps.
Any help would be appreciated!

I'm just getting tired of being limited to the games I can play with a console, and I already have a steam account that I want to put to good use :) . I'm ready to join the "Master Race " lol

Hey man not sure if we know eachother but i posted on here before, I live in Eugene OR and build and sell gaming PC's this year I have built 20+ gaming rigs all haswell or haswell refresh (devils canyon I54690k or I74790K) based machines even 2 anniversary pentium based z97 mounted systems (pentium K is what it should be called or devils canyon code name as it shares clock speeds and silicon internal heat material and was released wiwth them). Also due to demand of the ignorent and core drunk AMD "8" and "6" core fans i have built atleast 6-7 fx 6350-8350 setups on 78-97 chipset boards, as everyone knows these fx chips though competitive to equal priced I3 dual cores and lower 170-180$ I5 non K model cpu's these should be avoided i would buy a $120 i3 4130 3.4 hyper threaded haswell (lga1150) over any fx 6000 series or even 8000's but they are 150-18- so mine as well get a low end I5 which is anything but lowend and step ur game up or beg for another $50 and get teh I5 4690k, i would say the og haswell I5 k from last year but after teh building experience and testing the 4670k I5- 4770k I7, are just not nearly as stabel and i didn notice until using DC haswell refresh K that they never shut down atleast not at anything 4.6-4.7 and a good air cooler but highly recommended closed loop liquid cooler such as if budgeted the Corsair H60 for 65-75$, but if you have alil more and have 2x120mm fan slots next 2 each other for a 240mm radiator dual 120mm fan system, I recomend the THERMALTEK water 3.0 eXtreme as it comes with 2 4 pin fan pigtail rite off the cpu waterblock so you can have very controlled and informative fans running from it or just to add a 3-4 pin for extra cooling, also it has the internal board pin usb pigtail that hooks to mobo and gives you system info along with a good software interface to allow for adjusting of pump propellar rpm to fan rpms and how drastic or often tehy increase you know but good for Liquid system at $90-110. Anyways my point is leave amd where they belong in the eyes of the beholder someone has to find the fat bitch pretty, and stay intel dont buy the now outdated 8 series boards even if its a H/Z87 top shelf board its lga1150 and possibly less theb a year old but the H/Z97 chipset weilding boards that cam out with the pent K-4690k-4790k devils chips have so much more tech including but not limited to 2 of next 2-4 years top storage advancments including on board ngff M.2 ssd's that litterally mount directly flat to your mobo and most support up to 4 sizes meaning the length of the next gen form factor m.2 (hence ngff) the 42mm is common and you can get one in 64 gb for 50-60$ and use it as a dynamic  disk some ppeople mite ask why because they are smoking fast and u will thank it everytime a Firefox crash dumps all ur temps to it and within 1-2 seconds 3-6 browser pages fully downloaded are rite back up or your burning music or video editing, SOME will then ask why so small well the biggest capaacity out now is 480 gb at $600, so a 64 is great for a boot disk which i rec... just install windows and its updates and your main NINITE.com standard 1st to down-install needed software(ninite.com btw is the best site to get teh most used basic utils and sftware u check the boxes click get installer it reads your sytem installs all programs with out needing any info about your Os like 32 or 64 bit it just does it boom done) anyways you end up with a completely powered down system to a running in windows fully loaded system in about 11-24 seconds depending. Also they support Sata express which is supposed to be teh fastest and is labled as 10gbps the m.2 are labled 6gbps but smoke any reg ssd in speed so imagine what sata xpress setup will due there are barley any built and up forsale yet but in the next 6 months or less they will pick up and nothing will catch up. SOrry this is long but as im new to PC's as of 1-1 1/2 years ago when i became a father and had to sell my xbox one and came across a pc  then i upgraded the following week by ordering parts and buying a gigabyt b85 mobo witha i3 4130 from vos (for way to much) and ordering a gt640 2 gb, kind of a shitty setup but inexpensive and then i traded that for another xboxone with more stuff and realized i wanted more again this time something to top the one sold the one built a gtx660 2 gb i5 4670k, 16gb ddr3 system and sold it fast to a now good friend and debugger for EA Games well now a project manager via recent promotion and he was so happy with the price and quality he gave me his ea testing spec lga 775 asus ddr3 asus board that looked like any new board just sported a core 2 duo, but also came with a gtx650 1gb a corsair psu ect... that made me feel good so i kept building making the next on a i54670k with dual msi twinfrozer HD7950 3gb each gddr5 for 6gb v ram and two oc ready 7950's or what is now a r9 280 just a year older and not yet rebranded this system i only had enough for 8 gb gskill rip jaws but 8 works for everything and this was beastly i had to admit i fell inlove with ATI but then I got My current setup with a gtx760 4 gddr5 evga sc acw gpu and a I5 4690k In my favorite and also my recomendation to anyone, backed up by a year of reward after reward not to mention its asus made company and the Fatal1ty gaming editions are designed and named after john wendel the 3 year MLG world champions gamer tag FATAL1TY. the Asrock Fatal1ty h and z97 boards are amazing the z97 killer edition (killer e2200 network ethenet card for maximum gaming online speed, also the purity audio 2 3 core sound chip with all your sudio outs including digital optical, m2 ngff 42mm-64mm all 4 sizes supported along with the sata express port, its also xfire ready and has teh best bios and software in windows utilities including fstream that allows on button turbo oc's from  40-4.2-4.4-4.5-4.6-4.7 or the standard or pro options or the advanced system tuning which gets it to a oc ovlted state that is extremely stable, but it also just like in either one of the bioses you run you can adjust it all manually( the 2 bioses are both graphical and are switched via a jumpers placement and both have etheir own lil 64mb memory unit, they bothe feel and seem the same one has a higher resolution to it and maybe a more accessable OC and Ram oc performance setting based table, also the drivers can be installed via a fat32 sub flash from the bios at first visit and the internet connection can be setup to ensure easy install. The z97x pro killer editon is 150-160 rather then the Z97 non x killer that sells now for 130, but the Z97X killer offers 3 way gpu xfire and SL1 for you nvidia fan as Iam (i like both but Nvidias maxwell 970's and 980's and 3-4 day old 960 2gb (only 200-230 for a 960 2gb) ATI now owned or has for a few by AMD has fell way behind and will take 1-2 years to catch nvidia if they can so they have slashed prices to where a 6gb r9 290 is just over 350$ but teh 4gb 970 at 350 is a better card now with all the tech. back to fatal1ty boards the x also has hdmi pass through and 2 extra sata III ports, both only have sata  3/6gbps ports as no reason to have 2.o's anymore, both offer atleast 4-5 usb 3.o's on rear panel and a header for cases,  awsome audio, dehumidifier function to run systems fans at full speed for user set or pre set selectd times to make sure no moisture builds to a 2d almost 3d hardware browser in the bios and in windows that shows a pic of the board wtih the main parts highlited and when mouse runs over it showing you or telling you about it and  the user filled ports will pop up with what u have installed there and its specs from pci-pciex16-usb pin ports- ram  and even the entire I/o panel from the killer e2200 smoking ethernet port to the usb 2-3.0's ect. Also in the fstream there is all sorts of gaming otions from mouse pulling 250-500-1000hz, key master macro builder with shortcuts and a sniper key mode taht allows a hotkey to activate a different sensitivity with the options of 1-20 for teh regular mode and sniper mode, fantastic tuner fully adjustable system, power & cpu fans Total of 7 3-4 pin fan headers on board and place in what looks odd but turns out to make the most sense ever when your installing spots, all gold capacitors ect..... sorry its a rant buta hobby that makes me money not costs as i was and still am a gun collector and self taught gun smith, fly fisherman and fly tyer, Mountain biker snowboarding beer enthusiast ect... but something about building and selling even if theres no profit or very little compared to time and thought i liek to get taht call like damn man my buddy spent 1500 and im getting 65 fps on bf4 hes getting 62 and i paid 850 ect... Theres my advice and just so you know i do have a 1450$ system with devils I5 4690k 3.8-4.7 ghz 4 core gaming beast and shows no less  infact even more performance in gaming then the I7 haswell refresh devils canyon cdname I7 4790k,a nd all major pc and PC gaming sites and mags say to save the 100-110$ and wait for teh brodwell K's due out any time now and are also built for teh lga1150 9 series  refresh chipset baords, or drop it on a bigger gpu as 3-4x money spend on gpu is good rule of thumb, it has a EVGA (SC superclocked ACW) gtx760 4gddr5 (4gb vram gddr5) gpu This system runs bf4 on all ultra AA on 4x field of view at 95 and 110 1920x1080 with teh reslolution scale turned to 11--120 amking it look slightly cleaner then reg HD with vertical sync on  runs at average of 66 fps with lows that are rare as i have never seen on fps counter of 52 but highs of 96 thats extremely good especially for a 1350$ system IM SALING FOR $850 - $950 dollars or as low as 600$ depending on wether someone want s to add or remove parts to fit needs. it also comes with 240mm radiator cooling systme m.2 ngff to boot windows 7 ultimate ssd, pioneer bluray COOLMASTER cm690 v2 gaming case, OCS mod Extreme 700 watt modlular gaming psu, AsRock Z97 killer edition gaming board with 24 gb ddr3 2x8gb crucial ballistic sports 1600 adn 2x4gb gskill rip jaw 1600's 1tb sata 3 hdd,  and for a bonus The world famouse and belovede logitech g500 weight tuned cartridge holding Laser gaming mouse , fully programable 9 buttons adjustable dp up to 8200 and set up to 5 different settings with on mouse up and down buttons, a free spic mouse wheel with the button that engages teh click gear teh free spin is nice for web and pdf browsing i sear it goes 100 mph, also coems with all 12 weights 6 1.7 gramers and 6 4.5 gram weights and their nice carrying case this is a 90-130$ soemtimes more mouse, aslo a logitech extreme 3d pro joystick with throttle lever twist yaw ad 10-18 total programable buttons dpads and triggers, also a LOGITECH driving force 3d force feedback racing wheel with shift nob and paddle shifters fully programable and a logitech g13 keypad with joystick completley prgramable since i only played with controllers this i bought becuase if ound out mice were at the slowest 2-4 times faster then a controller for aimin turning ect.. so i had to hld my controller in left and mouse with right then i saw this assigned teh joystick to move and the 27 keys to everything and the monuverability is amazing and its a sick 85-95$ controller with the million literally collers it can glow pluse the lcd screen tat shows ram and cpu usage, weather, new and current events, and the ability to store 3-4 profiles on the controller so you can take your settings with you  it has macro portion of the g13 logitech gaming software which is better tehn the standard logitech software and it works with the  g500 or g502 gaming mice so you just choose g13 or mouse to adjust on the fly also so one program both main controllers adjustable this extra stuff even at low cost g13 $75maybe-g500 $90, driving force 3d $130, extreme 3d joystick $40 equals 335$ the mouse and joystick ill include in sell at 850 but g13 and wheel will cost 100 more together and ill through in a saitek x45 dual stick hotas joystick and throttle lever stick with 46 programmable buttons and a profesional pilot traing worthy layout. anyways email MTONaughton83@hotamil.com, or michtnaughton@gmail.com-THE HOTMAIL is best or text 5414226574 or call 5415796942 Im Micahel Trevor Naughton i go by Trevor, also I have 22 1080p led or a 24" dell full 1080p screen i could offer to ya for 25-40 more depending on what was bought and which one.

Eminem is the greatest rapper to EVER live. Anyone says anything to the contrary please name a verse past or present that touches one of Em's MANY VERSES! Please do it. He just hopped through each coast and genre of rap with no hook. #RealTalk
