My sandwich was very good but my broccoli cheese soup was served cold. The vanilla ice cream was empty. Very few cornbread muffins out and the ones that were felt very hard. I have never had an experience like this before at any Jason's Deli. I tried to chalk it up to the fact that they closed at 10pm and it was 915pm as we were finishing up our meal but that really isn't a valid excuse. If you are open until 10 then keep food stocked until 10.

Food is average. The ordering process is silly at best. Amateurs at sandwiches

I like their sandwiches and salad bar. They offer free ice cream. It could be a little messy/dirty.

This store should get no stars! I just ordered 2 chicken noodle soups for my boss and I, and in her soup she found a hard black plastic item of some sort and was completely disgusted - as was I. Horrible experience and will probably never be ordering from here again. LOOK OUT FOR SMALL ITEMS IN FOOD!!

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. If I could give this place a "0 star" review, believe me I would. This is actually the first review I've ever made, normally I don't care enough to go online and write something out, but this was by far the worse experience I've ever had when trying to PLACE AN ORDER. I called to make a delivery order. The "Customer service rep" was incredibly rude, kept covering the phone (not very well, I might add) to ask his boss questions about my order, was completely unknowledgeable about the menu, computer system, delivery, just every aspect of his job. I should mention that the "Customer service rep" who answered my call first argued with me that his store would NOT deliver to my location, 5 miles away. I had to convince him that I was, in fact, within their delivery range (I looked it up online before calling.) Then, when I tried to place my order for the continental breakfast, I could overhear his boss (a female) in the background, retorting in a disgusted voice that "Tell her that the pastries are FROZEN; they're going to be frozen when she gets them." He then came back on the phone and said, yeah the pastries are gonna be frozen. They're in the freezer... so yeah...." What the heck? Is this how you try to "upsell"??? I was completely disgusted with this service, and the sad thing is this is not the first time I've had a bad experience with Jason's Deli. I told the "customer service rep" to forget the order, as I am not going to try to CONVINCE a company to take my business. Instead, I went with Panera Bread catering, where I had a wonderful experience, and gave them my $75 worth of business, which I guess is insignificant to Jason's Deli. Don't you worry; I will never attempt to burden you with orders again. I will NEVER again use Jason's Deli, for personal or business purposes. There are plenty of companies who will WELCOME my business instead.
