Marilyn, you know me and you know I am an Exclusive Buyer Agent. 'Exclusive' means at no time do I ever represent or work with a seller. 
I always represent my clients through a written Exclusive Right To Represent Buyer Agreement. 
I enjoyed reading your blog but was surprised that you said nothing about the clause in most buyer agency agreements used by ABR's that gives the 'right to transition to disclosed dual agency' (if mutually agreed upon), which means at that point the agent represents neither the buyer nor the seller.
