I was on my way to buy a Honda Civic SI and stopped at Braeger Ford to test drive the Focus ST (apparently I had too before buying the Honda) and it was Dan Wisniewski who went along on the test drive. The car was good and checked alot of my boxes. Got back from the test drive and explained how I had taken the day off to purchase a car and if we could come up with some reasonable terms I'd buy the car. It really was a no hassle situation. They didn't play the "run off and make you wait game". He was honest and straight forward. We quickly made a deal that included trade in and I was actually able to drive off with the car same day, which was nice because I was an hours drive away. It may be another 5 years before I'm buying a new car again, but if Dan is still in the business I'll be buying from him. Thanks Dan. I've purchased my fair share of vehicles and this was probably the most relaxing experience, not bad for my first "new" car buy.

Fantastic people! They followed through on every promise and even gave me more for my trade than other dealers...a lot more! The finance manager beat my banks rate by 1.50%, which saved me over $1000 too! Can't say enough about this place, they are the real deal and have already recommended family and friends to them!

I was very happy with how prompt and professional things were, even though several reviews point out that the dealerships showing is age with older buildings etc. My wife and I had spent the better part of a year hunting for a car that would be a good fit for our needs. As such we went to several dealers and looked into a few brands. I personally visited every ford dealer in the Milwaukee metro area even driving towards Madison for a test drive once. That said every salesman needs to make ends meat these days and Nick was not in the least bit pushy. He knew we wanted a Ford and let the car sell itself focusing more on personalizing the experience for us and making sure we knew all our options and budgeting solutions before making our choice. He made great use of his resources at the Dealership to help partner us with all the right folks to help with our trade in and purchase. He really went the extra mile with follow up calls and check ins to make sure everything was going well after we left the lot. I was so impressed I returned to work and made sure any of my co-workers looking for fords knew my experience and came to this dealership even though there is one right up the road from us. Coming from the service industry I'd highly recommend this dealership and Nick with their sales team. He obviously knew his stuff and didn't care to bs or give us a hard time.

Stay far far away from their service department! I have two different cars I have brought into both the Chevy and the Ford branch of Braeger. One is a 2004, and one is a 2007. Two months ago I brought my 2004 into their shop for an oil change and an emissions test. I purchased a Groupon certificate for the oil change, a 21 point inspection and a car wash. Scott was my tech and my car seemingly passed the 21 point inspection with flying colors. Fast forward to two weeks ago. The power steering pump on my car broke, as well as my Serpentine Belt. The belt was completely dry-rotted. How did Scott miss this? I contacted Customer Service (Marshall Duke) who told me he will get this problem solved for me. He called me a few days later to say their was nothing he could do. I wrote to BBB since Scott clearly missed the worn parts on the 21 point inspection (Marshall Duke did confirm that both parts are inspected on a 21 point inspection) Jason Enders (Scotts boss) has been arguing with me through BBB all week saying they inspected the parts and nothing was wrong. (in his words "parts break") Parts do not just suddenly turn dry rot in less than 2 months. I even went so far as to buy a used power steering pump at a salvage yard, and replaced the serpentine belt myself hoping that Jason would do me a favor as a loyal customer and put on the pump for me. Of course Jason only sees dollar signs and wont help me out in any way, even though he should realize that if his incompetent crew member had pointed out the worn out parts, I would have purchased them right away and had them installed. Jason Enders should be ashamed of himself. Braeger should be embarrassed that they employ such a dishonest service shop supervisor. Jason Enders is the kind of crooked manager that should be terminated and replaced with someone that cares about customers more than his precious 125 dollars an hour for labor. The amount of time he spent writing BBB replies to me was probably twice as long as it would have taken to put the pump on!! (I would consider that stealing time from his employer) Do not trust this service department for any type of car inspection. I trusted them with my car and was completely lied to.

I came in with specific needs and price point for a car. Tom showed me a few cars in that matched my criteria. I was given better financing than I was hoping for and never felt pressured on anything. I've had my car for a week and I'm feeling great about my purchase and am confident I got a great deal. A very positive experience and would recommend with dealership and buy from them again.

I purchased a car here over a year ago. However, my review on Dealer Rater was deleted, so I decided I would write a google one instead. The selection is good, price is definitely fair. The buying process went very well. However, after I took the car home I was missing several parts and had battery issues. I had to pay for the battery service even though I had purchased a full warranty. (long story). And when I contacted Nick Strickling(the person who sold me the car) to obtain missing parts, he did not respond until I went over his head a few weeks later. Eventually, it all got fixed and everything is great with my car. It was just WAY TOO MUCH HASSLE on my part!
