Easy bike rental spot for visitors to the area. Friendly and accommodating staff. They also offer a few different Segway tours that are fun even for locals. Try the sunset one! The tour guides are cute and know a lot of interesting history and facts about the city. They often have good deals on Living Social.

Amazing selection of bikes and biking supplies. They do carry higher end stuff, so the prices are higher than average. From road bikes to cruisers, you can find something good. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable in both helping you choose a bike and in repair. Highly recommended.

I travel cross-country rating and reviewing bike rental company's and Bike Chicago Rental & Tours is bar the none the best I've experienced. Great for all ages, experience levels etc. The tour staff was super friendly and informational and the sites were equally breathtaking. It's a Chicago must!

The staff here wasn't very helpful. They basically handed us the bikes and sent us on our way. They didn't provide any information on the area or a map. They didn't tell us that bikes aren't allowed in the park. They didn't help with the helmets. I don't own a bike, so I don't know a lot about them; my seat was rotating side to side and I wasn't sure how to fix it. I had to go back to the place, after getting a block away, for help. The staff ignored me for 10 minutes before I finally interrupted one guy to ask for help. When we arrived, there was one other customer being helped. So, we sat down on a bench right next to register. Once the staff was done with the other customer, we were ignored. We finally flagged one of them down for help. The bikes were fine and we had a good time. Try one of the local bike places though, or maybe even another Bike Chicago location.

I & my husband had an amazing experience with Bike & Roll. Vincent was super nice & explain us very well how to use the segway. He always paid attention to everybody in the tour and made stops to make us pictures in many places. He also was a very good guide, telling us a lot of things about Chicago and all the places that we saw during the segway tour. I will recommend Bike & Roll to anybody!

My friends and I visited Chicago from the East Coast and loved that we could take bikes out around the city. Bike and Roll was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire process from advising our bike route to choosing the right bike for what we wanted to do. I was very impressed with the level of customer service we received.

I was in town from Omaho and my wife and I decided to do a bike tour to get a feel for the city. The staff at bike chicago were very friendly and the tour was great. I would highly recommend bike chicago.
