Just wanted to say "THANK YOU" to Peter, Marcus and the staff for the amazing job they did for my son's rehearsal dinner!!!!!! The food was sooooooooo good, my guest still talk about it. Everything was perfect :) You could not have done it better!!!!! I highly recommend anyone interested in using Frescos as a venue for a special event...... Do it! You will not be disappointed.

I've been here twice and it was great both times - once for lunch on a weekday and again for Sunday brunch. I had the ceviche app and it was delicous. The wine by the glass options were better than you typically get too. The second time we had my toddler son who can get bored of dining quickly, so we were glad that the service was prompt. We had the ahi tuna salads and they were delicous! The chicken tenders my son had were meh and he picked over them. Overall, great option to dine by the water.

I went to Fesco's once about a year ago and was pleasantly surprised. Despite being a little higher priced than we'd like, the food we got that time - a po'boy sandwich and the spring rolls - were really good. The service wasn't great, but we weren't in a hurry and we tried to just hang out and enjoy the view. We decided to try it again when we were in the area on a Saturday afternoon. The service made the first time seem fast! This time we waited way too long for everything. After finally getting to order, it took about an hour to bring out our wraps.. they were not even that busy and how long does it take to stuff a tortilla?? I don't know if we just lucked out the first time and picked the right items or this place has gone downhill, but the food was barely edible this time. The wraps were tiny for $10-12 and both were completely overloaded with a gross, greasy juice. We had such a huge puddle on our plates halfway through, it looked like soup! The wraps themselves were soggy from all this juice, even though I tried to drain it and move the wrap to the appetizer plate. The ingredients in the wrap were nothing to write home about either, and they didn't even take the onions off like I asked. There was just soggy mush, no flavor. Even the fries were limp and old. Huge huge disappointment, we will not be trying this place a third time.

What a great place to have a romantic dinner with the beautiful view of Tampa Bay. Our dinner was delicious from start to finish. The staff there was friendly and very accommodating. We ate on the deck outside and even in August it was very comfortable. I had the spring rolls and the Mahi Mahi with fresh mango salsa. Prices were pretty comparable for the area. They are also part of Groupon so we got a great deal for dinner.

Great food and drinks. Outdoor seating by the bay is perfect.

Like almost everyone else here, I'll be the echo. This place is just terrible. We approached the place and found the scent of not so fresh garbage...inside was a little better, but we were ignored for 30 minutes. Just as we were about to leave, a member of the wait staff showed up to take our drink order and we thought if we were going to eat, we needed to put in our order when the drinks came back, which we did. Then we sat for almost an hour ...and the place wasn't even that busy. Oh - the food was cold and bland. We'll never go back. Too bad, because the view over the yacht basin is cool.
