Ambience is conducive in promoting the studious spirit: open classrooms. Banyan tree in centre court is refreshing and breathtaking. Traffic along main road Sultan Ismail is atrocious. Thankfully, the open land adjacent allows for parking.

The May/June 2016 IGCSE Exams for English, the female invigilator started our exams late. Actually it starts at 1:00pm sharp, the invigilator started at 1:03pm and she said that it is 1:01pm. Then, the male invigilator collected our papers early, few minutes before 2:30. A few candidates haven't finished writing yet. Candidates pay few thousands dollars(hard earn money) for exams. You think money is easy to earn? How do you to pay back for them! Free retaking exams? I hope the staff members get to see this comment. And assist the unfinished exam candidates.

The May/June 2016 IGCSE and O Level English examinations started late and end up a few minutes earlier. Malaysia time! HOW TO PAY BACK TO US! I BETTER WARN YOU GUYS WHO PLANED TO TAKE ANY EXAMS NEVER CHOOSE BRITISH COUNCIL! BRITISH COUNCIL IS THE WORST PLACE FOR EXAMINATIONS! EVERY BEFORE EXAMS THE INDIAN FEMALE INVIGILATOR WILL SAY: "IF ANY PROBLEMS, WE COULD HELP YOU AS POSSIBLE AS WE CAN." BUT IT'S FAKE! THEY DIDN'T WANT TO PROLONGED THE TIME. WE ARE PAID FOR HAVING EXAMS AND OUR MONEY IS WASTED!

I am very pleased that I took one of my memorable moments in my life at the British Council and it was the time I was learning English (still I'm learning)all I want today and always is to Congratulate to all of you ((managers, teachers, costumer services, security and etc and I am very happy that you have got the world's best teachers.A teacher’s job is to impart self’s knowledge to his/her students and make them a better individual. You have always performed your duties with complete dedication and your hard work and sincerity have paid you well. You have worked diligently for the betterment of the students and this is being reflected in your students. Your commitments towards your students are commendable. The excellence in education affects not just the students but also the entire community. Your dedications in the work will have an impact on the entire community and educational system as well. I am proud to have all of you in the institution. You set an example of learning and excellence among students and co-workers alike. I'm not going to tell you my name sorry but I have got to admit that the British Council Malaysia is the best place for learning English language in Asia.My suggestion to people who want to study English in Malaysia is to go and study at the British Council I highly recommend you to study over there. P.s.(I'm not saying this because I studied at the British Council but it's the truth)

Not all the staff is good, but in comparison, it is the best English School in KL. The worst part is enter, you must be searched by the guards every time you enter, I don't know why.
