Nothing says summer quite like the Burrata with heirloom tomato, aged balsamic, basil and grissini!

Did you know that Tiramisu means “pick-me-up” or “lift me up” in Italian? Ours is made with espresso savoiardi, coffee caramel and mascarpone mousse.

One of our most delicious summer dishes is the Halibut with corn gnocchetti, fresh summer truffles, porcini butter and grilled baby corn.

It’s always difficult to choose when it comes to dessert. If you haven’t tried the Bombolini (Italian Doughnuts), with Praline Crema, Espresso Shortbread and Milk Sorbetto, we highly recommend you order that next!

Great spot for a date. We got the carbonara and filet mignon medium rare bill was around 75, service was great, and would go back just for the filet. The chocolate caramel filled balls we got at the end of the meal were hands down the best chocolate we've ever had.

Some of the best food I've had in Boston. Everything was cooked to perfection. The space is open but intimate and really nice. It's quite expensive but worth it. The bottles of wine we had were amazing and surprisingly not expensive. The oysters are really inventive and something I will order every time. The entrees are great. The serving staff is really nice and helpful as well.

Food is terrific. Design is great. Staff is great. Our granddaughter is a Senior at BU and this has been part of our tradition twice or three times/year and it's always a treat. Between us all, we've eaten through the menu and everything is wonderful. Close your eyes and pick.....or just have them bring you dinner. You can't go wrong. Last night we ordered a flourless chocolate cake to celebrate graduation............spectacular.

I took a friend for a special birthday dinner here on a Tuesday night. The food was amazing, but the server was definitely not happy and had managed to ruin our meal. I usually don't have a problem with servers because it's hard for someone to ruin my mood, but she definitely made us feel uncomfortable throughout the course of our meal. I don't want to be biased with the servers, because the couple next to us had a very funny, friendly server who was making them laugh. We were looking at the other couple in envy. I really want to give a good rating, but the server actually managed to ruin an almost perfect dinner. She was cranky, and gave us faces when we didn't want to order drinks or dessert. I hadn't ordered dessert because I had made a note to the host to have something special for his birthday. When I asked our waitress if she had received the notice, she made a face and said "....something about a 22nd birthday?" instead of letting us know that something was on it's way or that we would be receiving anything. For a classy, modern, and sophisticated restaurant, I thought that she did not represent the restaurant in a terrible way. The food was amazing. The service was not.

Highly overrated, I work in the area and typically the people raving about Sorellina have only gone on a special occasion night or if they get a chance to go via restaurant week, either way its a popular money trap with flighty bartenders and aloof servers. Food quality is passable, wine list is excellent. Sorellina gets a few w point for great ambiance and location. The occasional difficulty in making a reservation ("demand") is what makes this place poplar. Great place to impress visitors, lacks any stand-out notes for a local out on the town such as myself.

We looked forward to this evening after reading many positive reviews of this restaurant. Unfortunately, they did not live up to what we read. Of the four dishes that we ordered, two were excellent and two were rather pedestrian, and the portions of three out of the four can only be described as meager. We dine frequently at other restaurants that charge the exorbitant prices that they charge here, but most of this ilk deliver a much better dining experience than Sorellina. There are better places in Boston to dine. Don't waste your money here.
