Let me tell you the whole story. I walked onto the Ferguson used lot cold. I had a couple cars in mind from their internet ads. I wanted to trade in my Grandmother's old 05 Grand Marquis for a newer model Lacrosse. Terry Epperson met me at the door and was happy to show me the vehicles. I settled on an 07 Lacrosse with about 100k miles. They gave me $1000 more than I was expecting on my trade in, and negotiated down about $400 more on my cash payment. Ended up walking away with a nice car for about $6000 in trade and cash. Now here's where it got complicated. Turned out that I couldn't drive the Lacrosse comfortably due to being 6'2" and 300 lbs. So after a week I nervously called Terry to ask if they'd help me out. "Absolutely", he said. I went back in with the Lacrosse and traded it up on another vehicle. They gave me a thousand less on my trade back then I paid. I expected that though, car buying is NOT like shopping at Walmart. They're taking a risk allowing me to trade the car back in as they don't know what I did with it for the week I had it. I still ended up getting the same value for my trade what I likely would have gotten if I sold it on Craigslist. Next it gets scary. The second vehicle I got was an 08 Enclave with 182k miles. I was driving on the road over the weekend, and noticed a creaking noise when I turned. Took it to my regular repair shop. Turns out the Enclave had a leaky engine, cracked radiator, and a broken CV joint. I took it back to Ferguson. Sean Snyder the sales manager, offered to cover the cost of repair if I would get an estimate. I did, but due to the engine issue, it looked to be a far deeper problem involving thousands in repair. He offered to give me the $500 difference in the trade value they paid and what I paid for the vehicle (their profit). I knew that wouldn't be enough to fix it, so I asked if I could trade for something else. Now here's the Ferguson difference. Most dealerships would have told me to go kick rocks. "Sorry bout your luck" and all that. But Sean agreed! He said they would just erase the Enclave trade and pretend like I came in the store on the Lacrosse trade back. I ended up getting a newer ROOMIER '13 Lacrosse with 42k miles, with an extended warranty, at a lower than used/retail price. And their finance manager Eddie Shipman worked to get me on a monthly payment I could still handle. Now during this whole ordeal, neither Terry nor Sean nor Eddie tried to pressure me in any way. They were not impatient. They never told me "Sorry bout your luck." Instead they were kind, patient, understanding and just wanted to solve my problem at minimal cost to them and minimal cost to me. Dealerships aren't charities, they are sales and profit based, it's a business. Like I said, buying a car isn't like shopping at Walmart. But Ferguson staff are comfortable folks to work with. It really is like their ads say, "Nice guys making great deals".

Our sales associate was Jeff Arnold. Jeff was very informed and was willing to assist in any way. He was always very professional and dealt with each request with a friendly smile and helpful response. After the sale Jeff also assisted with the service department associates. Each person whom we dealt with at Ferguson was very professional and seemed very geniune and willing to assist us. Great Buying Experience! I have bought many vehicles in the metro area over the years, but Ferguson has been my best experience yet! Thanks to all of those at Ferguson who helped us with our purchase of the new GMC truck. Great Truck too!

WE have bought 7 vehicles from these guys in the past 2 years for our company and personally. Robert & Brad are awesome. This is literally the ONLY place we will buy cars. Fair price, easy negotiation, and service you cannot beat. Hands down Ferguson is the place to buy your car!

Ray Skinner (Internet sales manger) took very good care us. The entire process was very refreshing compared to what we had experienced at two other dealerships in town. They let us take the car home for a few hours to get a complete feel for the car and make our decision without a pushy sales team standing over our shoulder. Again, comfortable laid back environment, willing to negotiate, and good experience with the finance guy (PJ) as well. Whole process took three hours. Very satisfied.

Really enjoying my new Sierra 1500. Jeff Arnold, management, and finance went over the top to help me get the truck I wanted at the price I could afford. Excellent treatment by everyone. Would highly recommend them! Thanks!

I have been buying automobiles from Ferguson and having ALL of my service work at Ferguson, as well, since 2008. In fact I have bought 4 vehicles. Each experience has been great. From the sales personnel to the management team it has been a delight. Buy once and you will be back. Mike Hand

Gage Caldwell was the absolute best!!! He was not a pushy person at all. Very patient and understanding. I knew the Town and Country mini-van was mine from the moment I found it. It was exactly what I was looking for. I just had to make sure my husband was on board even though he knew we needed to get a new vehicle. I had thoroughly researched the vehicle (although my kids were disappointed it didn't have the dvd players in it like my work van) and had already received financing from my local financial institution. So even though it was a done deal, so to speak, Mr. Caldwell remained patient throughout. He checked in with me just enough but not too much, taking my cue from where I stood with my husband as to how much he needed to contact me. It was very nice to be able to have such a great experience on purchasing a new vehicle through Ferguson that I will 100% recommend their dealership to my family and friends with of course asking for Gage Caldwell.
