Today is Monday of Month Three, Week One.  What does that mean?  1) Four more weeks until belt testing. 2) No new techniques. Everything is repetition now. 3) Front-loaded interval training.  4) Tons of energy!

This week is Stripe Test #2 for Karate Kids at America's Best Defense Norwich.

How many arm bars do you know?  How many do you need to know?  We're doing arm bars from guard this week in our Macarra BJJ Norwich classes.

On Wednesday, we have judo coach Eric Moore and Coach Greg from NFA wrestling teaching a takedown class.  Class is 8:00 - 9:30, gi, and for jiu-jitsu students only.  See you here!

We're doing half guard position, top and bottom this week in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class.  Who's interested?

After last week's crazy schedule (self-defense seminar for 120 adults, Krav Maga gun defense seminar in Glastonbury, school assembly for 340 kids), we're back on regular schedule this week.  

I've already trained for three hours and run over seven miles this week already, and it's Monday.  What are your goals for the week?
