Thank you, Robert T. Vaden for your LinkedIn comment on Daniel Schindler's Sporting Clays Instruction (Paragon School of Sporting Inc.):
Dan Schindler is amazing. He literally took my son from a beginning shooter to a pretty darn good shot in ONE DAY! Time & money well spent. Thanks Dan! http://ow.ly/P5L3303rhGG

Greetings and thank you for stopping by Dan Schindler's Sporting Clays Q&A Session #2 -
The Truth,…The Whole Truth,… & Nothing But The Truth
Dan Schindler, Paragon School of Sporting Inc.'s Master Sporting Clays Instructor/Coach responds to shooter's question:

Q: Do you recommend changing chokes from Station to Station?

A: First, just like pencils don’t misspell words, chokes don’t miss targets. I believe there is merit to changing a choke to fit a particular presentation. What I disagree with is the shooter who is lost on how to approach a target and can’t make up his mind on which of 4 different chokes to use. Trust me, all 4 chokes will likely work just fine, but, his swing, sight pictures and timing of the trigger pull will decide if the target breaks or not—not the choke. And why I favor using 1 or 2 chokes for 90% of our targets. Keep it simple. Put your faith in your swing and skill, not just your choke.

The Truth,…The Whole Truth,… & Nothing But The Truth
Dan Schindler, Paragon School of Sporting Inc.'s Master Sporting Clays Instructor/Coach responds to shooter's question:
Why am I so inconsistent, even on the same sporting clays target?
This is the # 1 most common question I hear from students and shooters. There is nothing mysterious about this and the answer is very simple. On 8 single targets off the same trap machine—even when the target breaks—most shooters rarely swing their gun the same way 2 times in a row. They honestly believe they do, but they don’t. These swing inconsistencies are easily seen by the shooter—and can be corrected—once they are exposed.
