Educated at Kelly College in the UK Jeremy started a career in Commercial Banking with Lloyds Bankin 1966. In 1971 he developed his career with Lloyds as a Trainer including the the design and creation of E-Learning Programs. In 1978 he joined Bankers Trust Company in London as their Head of Training for UK and Europe. In 1982 he left Bankers Trust to become a freelance trainer and HR development Consultant. This led him in 1985 to form a training company called Rhema Consultants. This specialied in the delivery of bespoke instructor led training courses to blue chip corporates in the areas of Leadership, Management, Performance Management, Sale and Account Management, Communication skills and Personal Effectiveness. For the next 25 years as CEO he grew the company into a global provider of training programs. Seeing the move away from Instructor led training he set up Constantior www.constantior.com to focus on Virtual Classroom delivery, Virtual Learning Enviroment Consultancy and the sale of Training and Personal Development Products from an online shop shop.constantior.com

Jeremy lives in Kent in the UK. He is married with three grown up children. His interests include modern jazz, walking, playing golf and renovating an old property in Majorca.
