Use cash only!!! Additional charges were put through on my debit card from Brunswick Zone the day after we were there. After leaving 5 messages at the Naperville location AND general customer service, I finally received a voice mail from a manager, almost two weeks later, informing me that the only thing I could do is dispute the charge through my bank. Of course, he did not leave an extension or another contact phone number. I never heard anything back from the general customer service number!!!! What a lousy way to do business. My family and I have been going there for over twenty years, but we will never go there again.

I used to come here since I was little and it was Galaxy World. Since Brunswick took over, it seemed promising... until a few years ago. All the games started dying out, very few games were replaced, has a handful now compared to the loads they used to have. I haven't bowled in forever here but I came with friends all the time to play pool. A few years ago they used to have 11 dollars unlimited pool except weekends, or 8 an hour. Then it went up to 11 an hour, no more unlimited. That's reasonable. But as of 2016, my friends and I walked in, I handed my credit card over, the employee looked over at one of the guys(supervisor?), he looked at me and my friends, and nodded his head to her discreetly(note I say discreet because I was looking away but watched sketchy bodily movement from them so kept my peripheral sight on them) and she proceeded to tell me right before telling me to go on in that the price had jumped to 20 dollars an hour... I laughed, took my card back, and headed to parkside. Brunswick's tables are disgusting, broken, and unplayable, we wont be back unless something seriously changes.

Went to their New Year's Eve event. It was advertised as $36.99 per person on the website, it was confirmed in the email when we reserved the lane, and when we talked to the guy setting up all the confirmations. We get to the bowling alley the day off and it was magically $48 per person because they added an event fee. If you are going to have an event here, make sure to double check that they aren't going to charge you more once you get there.

I would give it no stars if I could but I can't. Most of the games are no good. It's so dry. Also It just sucks personally. I'm so surprised it hasn't closed yet because of what i see it's not bringing in lots of costumers. Luigis Pizza is way worse but yet they seem to have more business then you guys.

We had a long wait for the bowling lanes, possibly because of that being a long weekend night. More lanes became available towards late evening. Rates for the games are competitive. Food is decent. Sraff is courteous.

If this was 1985 and they actually incorporated a vacuum into their daily maintenance, maybe a 5 star. Unfortunately, it is 2015. 75% of the games don't even run and I'm pretty sure I stepped on a used tampon next to the need for speed game. Bowling was fun however once we found out the arcade was a bust. I enjoy watching a sandwich get made at subway more than I enjoyed my time at this dump.

I joined a bowling league last year and my experience at this location has been great! The drink specials are great, and the food is very reasonably priced and tasty. I was on a health kick once and ordered a salad, and it was it was freshly made and didn't disappoint. Their karaoke in Thursday nights has also been very entertaining! My one complaint would be that their TVs over the lanes are old and discolored after lots of use. But this is very minor considering everything else. You can't go wrong if you're looking for a place to bowl (or a place for cheap drinks).

Not the nicest place ever, but reasonable prices and a good place to hang out with family or friends
