I joined a bowling league last year and my experience at this location has been great! The drink specials are great, and the food is very reasonably priced and tasty. I was on a health kick once and ordered a salad, and it was it was freshly made and didn't disappoint. Their karaoke in Thursday nights has also been very entertaining! My one complaint would be that their TVs over the lanes are old and discolored after lots of use. But this is very minor considering everything else. You can't go wrong if you're looking for a place to bowl (or a place for cheap drinks).

This place is fantastic! Our Thursday night league is well taken care of and the staff of crazy responsive to all of our needs. When we held our fundraiser there in December to benefit the AIDS foundation of Chicago, they did everything they could so we could have a successful event! It's great that they allow the LGBT community a place to come together in the western burbs.

My girlfriend and I went to go bowl at Brunswick Zone on a Saturday night. We were told by the staff there was an hour wait which was along time but we were looking forward to having a good time. There had to be atleast 12 lanes open with nobody on them. The front staff asked for telephone number and said when our hour was up they would send us a text. We went into the bar to kill some time and never receieved a text after an hour 5 mins went by, I went up to the counter and asked what was going on. The staff claimed they called us 25 mins ago. I asked what happened to the text they said they were going to sent out and he claimed well it should have but it didn't. We had a babysitter for the night and the communication by the staff was horrible. Then we started bowling the other lanes were standing right in front of our lanes pushing the mechanical stand for the kids infront of our lane. I bowled 3 spares and not one of them were counted had to keep going to the desk to inform them that the machine was not counting correct. After the fourth time I went to the counter the staff sent us to a different lane the same thing happened wasn't picking up the pins it'd say we hit 3 down and there'd be 7 gone. It wasn't even fun had a very horrible experience wouldn't recommend anyone going there. The bowling was more expensive then most bowling alleys and nothing worked correct. Also, be quick at getting a bowling ball there was very few bowling balls to choose from and than to find one that fit your fingers was beginning to look impossible. Don't waste your money or time. Staff was very rude.

The bowling was fine. And the $9.99 special was good too. It took way too long to get drinks; only one bartender was staffed on the busiest night of the week. To make things worse there was some stupid rule where every person who was getting a drink had to show their ID to the bartender to get a wrist band, so when I ordered a pitcher of beer, everyone who was going to drink from it had to stop bowling, come to the bar, stand in line to show the bartender their ID and then the drink would be made. It really slowed up the process. Why not just ID and band everyone upon entry? The food area wreaked of old cooking oil too. Smelled like they hadn't changed the oil in months.

LOVE this place. Great staff and the bowling is a blast. There is literally something here for everyone and the facility is ENORMOUS. If I had a kid they would have their birthday here every year. Also, the food is actually REALLY good especially when you consider that typically you can get a crappy hot dog at most bowling alleys. Really good salads and appetizers--not typical fare for a bowling alley.

Great environment! Great staff! I'm a member of the OUT bowling league and the staff at this establishment have made bowling a great joy! They have welcomed our league and have been nothing but amazing! Thank you Brunswick Zone for creating a friendly open environment for all!

I tried to reserve a laser tag birthday party for my daughter, on their website I was able to select Friday at 6:00 PM. They called us a few days later to tell us they didn't offer birthday parties after 3:30 or on Fridays. Caused a large inconvenience.
