Head over to The Waiting Room in Omaha this Sunday night to see Del The Funky Homosapien perform an awesome live show! Check out the link below to learn more about his adventure through music and grab your tickets - they're only $16!
Hailing from Oakland, California, Del and his crew, the Hieroglyphics came out as a markedly non-gangster response to a burgeoning West Coast scene. After being put on at the tender age of 17 by his cousin Ice Cube, Del released two records on Elektra, I Wish My Brother George Was Here (1991) and No Need For Alarm (1993). Despite record sales in the hundreds of thousands, he recorded a third album, Future Development, which was never commercially...

Check out "The Feast" at The Shelterbelt in Omaha this weekend! When all meat mysteriously turns to rot, the world becomes populated with reluctant vegetarians. Four hungry dinner guests impatiently await a latecomer to the table, and as the hour grows late and stomachs begin to howl, the traces of civilization turn to decay. This is one hilarious, satirical play you don't want to miss, so be sure to grab your tickets today!
When all meat mysteriously turns to rot, ours becomes a world populated with reluctant vegetarians. Four hungry dinner guests impatiently await a latecomer to the table. As the hour grows late and stomachs begin to howl, the traces of civilization turn to decay. Sensual as it is grotesque, foul as it is funny, The Feast is a biting satire that serves up a heady repast straight from the kitchens of our darkest desires. Scenic and Prop Design by Sh...

We're using the experience and knowledge gained from building and managing apartments--and listening to residents--to focus on providing the important amenities you expect, for a better price. That is what West Hampton Park is all about...a great place at a reasonable rate.

I lived on the bottom floor (as I always do) in West Hampton and I had little to no problems while I lived there. The price is excellent for the newer apartment complex and the layout was wonderful for my 1 bedroom. The view really is astounding! The negatives I can saw for the complex are that plowing was really, really terrible this past winter. We got hit with tons of snow and I literally had to stay with my boyfriend and his family until they got everything plowed. Otherwise I would have never been able to leave for work. I had noisy 3rd floor neighbors, but were only audible in the hallways at certain times. I don't remember having any maintenance issues at all. And given my past experiences at Royalwood and Fox Run, that was a godsend. I did have a lot of big spiders though, which was expected from being more out in the country. I called them and they were there the next day to spray :) Also, we had some solicitors come to our building and an angry manager came to get the guys out of there. The washer and dryer were kinda noisy, but not too bad. Noise levels in the apt were pretty ok. I think I got lucky with quieter neighbors. I would definitely recommend West Hampton to anyone who does not have pets! (As they are not allowed)
