I've taken a lot of pictures with the Nexus 6P since I received it back in November. For some of the newer owners, I wanted to share some photography tips. Using HDR+ can really make a photo extra special; more detail, less noise, and better exposure. HDR+ uses a longer shutter time to capture more detail. The biggest thing I notice about it is how it improves low light performance and balances exposure over settings where there is a big change in brightest lighting and darkest lighting. I encourage people to use HDR+ while holding your phone completely still for better shots. Let me know what camera apps and techniques you guys are using for your 6P/5X to capture great memories.

I have the Nexus 5X now alongside the Nexus 6P. My model doesn't seem to have the yellowish whites. Speaking of white, I think the white model looks a lot better in person than on the Google Store page. I really like the material of the back cover but I'm not really a fan of the sides of the phone. The bezels on the front are the same size as the bezels on the 6P. The front camera on the 5X isn't as good as the one on the 6P, but it's still pretty nice. The camera interface on the 5X is a bit quicker than the 6P, probably because it's rendering at 1080P.

And this is why you shouldn't use Android N as a daily driver. This is what the camera app currently looks like on the latest patch. The image is blacked out because I put my finger over the lens. Amongst keyboard lag, apps not working with N (like my bank app), and just overall system lag, N is definitely not made to be used by people who depend on their phone. I'm posting this because a lot of people are recommending people flash N on their phones. Yeah N was stable, at first. Overtime the issues have become worse. My phone is not rooted, the bootloader isn't unlocked, just a 6P on Project Fi using only stock apps and it's embarrassing to see my $600 phone crippled by Alpha software. This is meant for developers.

Does anyone have an Ice Nexus 5X? Is it more of a light blue or a light teal? Do you regret your color choice?

Anyone know how to go back to Marshmallow from the N Preview without wiping data?

Installed the Android N Beta on my 6P several hours ago. So far, I have discovered splitscreen, customizable quick settings, a night mode, new dialer settings, a DPI switcher ("display size"), a data saver, a display calibrator, and a few new developer settings.

I also found that the new default for the battery icon is that it only displays the percentage while charging. The app crash popup box now gives an option to restart the app. Also, the split screen feature is the best implementation of split screen from any Android fork yet, but it crashes with a lot of apps. Have you guys found anything else I haven't mentioned?

Cyanogenmod isn't booting on my Samsung phone from 2002. Help.
