Best university ever!!! I transferred from university of Utah... I hated it there! It's completely different and really pleasant experience while gaining my education!

My daughter is a freshman attending University of Tampa this current year 2012-2013...The school is very unsafe. My daughter's had a 600.00 bike stolen by the track, while she at her track practice, there is video of two black men cutting the lock and stealing it. The school said it is not there responsibility. Now she was doing her laundry at her dorm, Stadium, and she left her clothes unattended in the dryer for 15 minutes and everything was stolen. The value is over $500.00 dollars worth of clothes. We called security and spoke with a "Lauren" who was rude and dismissive. Today is March 6, 2013 at 8:59pm. Her answer to me was"What would you like me to do about it." When I asked for a supervisor I was told to hold on. I waited 15 minutes and no one picked up. I am very upset.

I attended UoT from 64-66, when I transferred to FAU. More education for the buck. But it was a good 2 years, and really a trip to virtually walk along University Drive using street view. This is one of very few streets I have often walked 45 years ago in Florida that still look pretty much the same. Online nostalgia. It keeps getting better!

I am satisfied with the education I am receiving here. The campus is beautiful, the clubs and student evolvement opportunities are endless.
