This place still has one of the RUDEST Managers in the rental business. And I'm sure most of the apartments have mold in them Cause mine flooded and all they did was run a fan on it for 24 hours. Hate to see the ones that caught on fire what there hiding in there. If your desperate and cant find a place to rent JUST KEEP LOOKING. as long as Crystal is still there SUCH A FAKE SMILE.

For your money I do not think you could find a better place a reasonable distance to a college campus. The apartments are older, but that makes the walls more soundproof, and their price reflects it. If you want a fancy new apartment, be prepared to pay a few hundred dollars more per month. You are also within walking distance from a grocery store, Chase bank, dollar general, and an AMAZING chinese place. The people in the office were always so sweet to me, and always tried to help. When I got a new job and only had two weeks notice to move out of state, they worked with me in ending my lease. I can understand how some people might complain, but be wary on their comments. From what I noticed, the tennants that complain are usually the tennants causing the problems or they'll complain no matter where they go. When my garbage disposal clogged, I called them from work in the morning, and by the time I got home it was fixed and the maitenance guys cleaned up after themselves. The best thing, was that I got my security deposit back, I did not get stiffed like I have been from the other two places I rented. They don't try to steal your money. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone.

I think for your money you pay in rent you should get better service from maintance and from the leasing staff. When someone kicked in my door yes they came to fix it right away but you cant nail and glue a door frame back together and think it would keep a door closed. there was a hold where the door had hit it and the just masked it with plaster and it later fell back in the wall, not to mention all the "hidden" mold in all the apt walls. My toilet leaks so much it falls in on my downstairs neighbors bathroom flooding them, and when it rains i have a waterfall in my livingroom that i was told they can do nothing about. The burners in my kitchen didnt work, i called main. to fix them and they "did" or so i thought i go to use them and none of the 4 work. My husband hadto rewire the entire stove and now they all work. Also when my a/c only cools off one room they check the vents as far as they can see without actually trying to see and then say "well i didnt see anything" then leave only to never return. All my outlets are broken in one way or another, in order to use them you have to spread apart the prongs for anything you need to plugin an even then 50% of the time they still dont work or they short out and blow a breaker. I have lived in cheaper apartments that have been better taken care of than these! And ladies if your not home and your expecting main. to come by TAKE YOUR UNDERWARE WITH YOU or some just might be gone when you return.
