OK . . .so we did go here for the sole reason he kicked ass in the great british menu . . .and it was so obvious why. 10 courses later we were fed, happy and didnt even mind the (dont tell the husband how expensive) bill at the end! the service is warm and very welcoming without a hint of some of the snobbery you get aroound Marylebone but the food . . .oh wow - we only eat halal meat and they arranged the menu to suit us perfectly. go there and enjoy (and dont think of the money!)

Loved the clear and unpretentious flavours, bread was dangerously good too. also managed to have the anise hyssop dessert, which is as good to taste and it is to look at. Service was excellent too. Looking forward to seeing where this "pops up" again in London.

The most creative restaurant in London. No one else is even close. Using authentic UK ingredients, Rogan creates etherial dishes that are as close to manna from heaven as we are ever gonna get in this life.

I visited for the set lunch menu on a weekday - atmosphere was alright but totally empty so a little music would have broken the silence nicely. Service was great and friendly, nothing too formal. Our starter was fantastic but from there on in the food was, although perfectly cooked, uninspiring and a little boring. The 'jus' served with the main course was oversalted but the pudding was spot-on. I would possibly return, but only on a busy evening to try a full a la carte menu. Although that said, it would be a pricey gamble.

Only had lunch. Actually physical restaurant is nice but average. That's the bad stuff out of the way. Firstly the lunch menu is superb value. Secondly this is the first non-specialist restaurant that is truly gastronomic for vegetarians. This was vital as my partner in crime was vegetarian. Thirdly the service was sensational - real 3-star Michelin Service if I controlled the ratings. And finally the food - oh the food. Sublime. Highly original, and surprisingly healthy, fresh and yet completely satisfying. Simon Rogan is a national treasure and the rest of the world ought to be rather jealous! It was simply the best I have ever had and I've actually been to most of the competition

Me and my family went ton Roganic today (in the morning we went to watch Olympic volleyball which was brilliant.) The food is absolutely spendid (John Inverdale says splendid is a much underused word) We went for the 6 course menu but we did get 4 bonus courses as well. Everything we ate was delicious, standouts were various cuts of pork and a course with vintage potatoes and various oniony things. This is the second time I've been to Roganic and I cannot say enough good things about it. The entire menu had changed since the last time and every aspect of the meal was spot on. If you don't believe me, read the myriad of reviews by food bloggers
