"I had an emergency c-section 6 months ago, my scar is lumpy and bumpy. Do silicone gels like mederma really work? my friend said she used sheets after her breast lift, are they better and where do I get if I dont have a #plasticsurgeon yet. Are there lasers that can break it up?"

Breast Augmentation: Natural vs. Fake Looking Results

Breast Augmentation is one of the most gossiped about procedures on social media when it comes to celebrity #plasticsurgery. When someone in the public eye goes from a flatter to a fuller chest most of them do not admit they have had surgery. Those who have the ‘got it, flaunt it’ mentality are often the patients who have chosen large implants…often a little too big for their frame. This means that the general public think #breastimplants are always fake looking, like two round balls sticking on a chest. However the reality is very different.

Most #Breastaugmentationcanada patients choose a very natural augmented look...

"I had a #breastreduction in 2004. It didn’t go well and left me with smaller than A cup as well only one nipple and multiple scarring on one side. Reason for reduction was I was too large now I’m the opposite. Is it possible to get #breastimplants to correct and give me back my confidence?"

Recently asked on our 'Ask a Surgeon' page

"Hi, I am a chain smoker. I smoke at least seven cigars a day. I am planning to have #breastaugmentation from Toronto. My surgeon says that I should quit smoking at least five weeks before the surgery for her to operate on me. I managed to reduce the count of cigarettes but am not able to completely quit smoking. Will smoking really have any impact on the cosmetic surgery procedure? Can someone please explain how smoking affects the healing procedure? How can I stop smoking before taking the procedure? I am in desperate need of help. I feel so lost. Please advice."

Another example of a celebrity making a subtle change, but it makes them look like a different person! Nene has been honest in the past about plastic surgery so we assume she will admit to this...
