Poor Management This was our second visit to Alto Cucina. It'd been a couple of years since our last visit, so we decided to get reservations for 7:15 on a Saturday night. Our waitress was new, so we were patient. She forgot our bread and took about a half hour to get drinks to us. When she finally returned to take our orders, she couldn't answer any of my wife's questions about wine or the entrees. After seeing others who arrived after us finishing up their meals, we began to get a bit impatient. We politely asked her to check on our food, and were told there was a large party upstairs. Ok, no problem. After she stopped by twice more to tell us our food was "on the grill" and "almost ready" we finally were served an hour and 45 minutes after our reservation time. I requested the manager, and this is where things imploded. Firstly, the manager was sent to the wrong table (they also complained) and I had to flag him down. I asked for him to box up our meals because, frankly, I'd lost my appetite by then. He apologized and said he'd comp one meal and not stamp our Fine Dining Card. The bill still came to over $50 and I told him there was no way we were paying that, considering how long it took. The manager said fine, took our boxed food away from us, and hurriedly walked away to reduce our check to $26 (which was two glasses of wine- more expensive than menu price). I told him I was very disappointed compared to the last time I was there and that I would not return. The guy couldn't have cared less. Disappointing waitress (which is understandable as she is new, but she did not communicate with us as she should have), but incredibly poor customer management skills. I'm still baffled at how the whole situation was handled. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this Alto Cucina.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience. Upon arrival we were told that we'd have to wait about a half hour before we put an order in. About 45 mins later we were able to order. I ordered pulled pork with the broccoli slaw on the side. About an hour later we received our food. One person I was with ordered pulled pork and had to change his order because they ran out. My spouse ordered grilled chicken and about half of it was undercooked. That broccoli slaw I asked for separate from my sandwich? I was charged for it. We told the waitress about the undercooked chicken and she did not remove it from the bill. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Excellent food. I had the southwest flatbread. One of the best lunches I've had in Erie.

Both times I've been to PJ's I've had awful experiences. The first was to have a remote car start put in my Nissan Sentra. I ended up taking it back 4 times due to it malfunctioning (unlocking and locking the doors 3 or 4 times when I hit unlock once on the remote, car not shutting off when taking out the keys). When I had it removed a year later (to get put in a new car) it took them two days and they did not communicate to me when it was finished. I ended up going and picking up my car with no work done on it. When I had it put into my new car it took them 7 hours (with the Nissan it took 1.5 hours) and I ended up waiting there all day long because they didn't tell me it'd take so long. The security system never worked right with it even though I was charged for some sort of security adapter. To this day when I start my car remotely it trips the security light which remains on my dash the rest of the ride. This happens about 50% of the time. The unlock/lock never worked correctly and now I have to carry two remotes all winter. I would not recommend this place to anyone. During my 7 hours there waiting for them to finish I heard at least one phone call and two customers come in to complain that they hadn't called back or showed up to their house (one man was real upset because they were supposed to show up at his daughters house to install a TV I believe, and she took the day off work) when scheduled. Would not recommend and will not return.

They've always been able to get me in on short notice and they've always been honest. I've been a customer for 3 years and have purchased tires, snow tires and had other misc work done and it's always been top notch. Would recommend.
