Glad I could save even just one person from making a HUGE mistake. I did end up getting them fixed properly, but it cost me an additional $1,000 to have it done locally. I know what you're thinking, but they had to strip the bags completely because the paint was chipping. The guy did a great job. As far as Fairing Plus goes, they promised me twice to send out replacement saddlebags and never did. That was after offering me $200 to have someone fix their shitty paint job. The owner thinks just because they pay $200 to have them painted that I should be able to find someone to repair and repaint them for the same price. After they offered me $200, I told them I wanted a full refund like their website advertises and they refused. Then, after I had them fixed by a professional, the company said if I sent them the repaired saddlebags back, they would send out replacements. They just don't get how business is done and what customer service is all about. They actually had the nerve to try and blame me for the lack of customer service.
