Lived here for a bit after living in the cheaper apartments down the road. The difference is staggering, it felt like I was living in poverty now that i've been here a bit. Personally, people take for granted what luxury means in an apartment. The washers and dryers are full size, the heating and air conditioning is central, no window bullshit or radiant heat nonsense. The pool area is resort level, the gym is an actual gym, not just a couple of pos items in a room like the other place down the road. I dont have many complaints and i'll edit this as needed but so far, this is the best apartment i've been in. I'll take one star away because the price of having a pet is insane. I want a dog but cant have one in the building im in. Can have a cat but the deposit to have one is insane and the monthly fee just as insane.

This place is far from what they advertise. They call it an "upscale, luxury apartment" but nothing in here looks or feels like luxury. The gates to this "gated community" are often left wide open because they're broken, the walls are paper thin, those counter tops are anything but granite, the windows are not double pane so units at the edges are much colder in the winter, and to make matters worse, our furnace needed repairs four times during the winter. I'm not sure how old or cheap the light bulbs are, but almost all of ours have had to be replaced (tenant responsible for buying new bulbs). The car washing bay is just a hose, and the fitness center could use an upgrade. Closets and bathrooms are spacious enough for us, but the living room isn't. I like the location, but this place has not been what we were looking for as a lot of what they say on the site is nothing more than a marketing ploy, and deceptive advertising. I don't get the value for my money here.

Terrible place to live. They falsely advertise as an "upscale community with lavish ammenities." None of which is true. They have cheap finishes that are made to look nice. Laminite floors and pressboard counters with cheap appliances and the walls are very thin. The complex is kept clean and tidy, as are the grounds, but I always wondered where the rest of the outlandish rent prices went. The fitness room was always in disrepair and rarely clean. They will nickle and dime you for every last penny, and come back at you with a response of "in the lease YOU signed..." for any issue that may arise. They have stringent rules and are quick to threaten you instead of letting you know of any issue. These are not at all worth the price, live in the cheap apartments up the road a block instead. If you want luxury, there are many other complexes in Plymouth that actually deliver what they advertise. This is not a secure community and there are many low income residents that come and use the facilities from nearby residences. Doors were frequently blocked open and garages are frequently broken into.

When I moved in with my boyfriend it was a really nice place to live. Having never lived in an apartment I was impressed. However the last year this place has turned into a dump! They removed the gate with no warning building 5 door has been broken for a year. Took 3 weeks to replace our faucet that was leaking! Oh they are painting to improve the place. What a joke! We asked to get out of our lease 1 month early and told no! Asked for 1\2 the month told no. Clearly they are desperate Tons of vacancies long time residents are all leaving. Not worth the cost! So glad we moved out this week
