The is one of the best karting facilities I have been to and I have been karting for the last twenty years. Friendly professional staff with a relaxed approach, well organized, great equipment and a phenomenal circuit what more could you want. 35 minutes from Dallas is definitely worth the drive. Recommended A*****

The karts are fast enough. The track was challenging and fun! Must wear helmet and head sock that they provide. The pedals are adjusted for you according to your hight. The seats are uncomfortable but bearable. The staff is confident and helpful. I went on a Friday afternoon, and there wasn't many people there.

A lot of fun and the track is nice. The regular cost to ride can be pricey, so look for "special offers' on their website for discounted deals.

Looks like a fun place but you don't get the 10 minutes that they advertise. More like 8 minutes. I just timed a race from when the last person got on the track to race. Not even the first racer out got a 10 minute race.

Great place, came in around 9:30 on a Saturday night and had 3 races with my gf with others racing as well. I like that they track your lap times to determine winners. The only downside would be the advertising of the 60mph go karts. I had the pedal on full throttle the whole time and i know it didint hit 60mph anytime thru the races. At most felt like 40-45 mph on the straight away. Need to get more accurate speed readings, could be cause im a big guy.. But who knows lol. Overall great place

Massive wait times. Karts that are in various states of disrepair. Staff that seems to not know what's going on, or just don't really care. Karts that are hugely slower than each other (talking 2-4 secs a lap when driven by the same drivers). No food. Extra fees tacked on for various add ons. I was expecting a higher caliber experience. But this seems about the same level as something like Speed Zone, but it takes longer to get into a heat and there's literally nothing to do but sit and stare at a screen and hope your name pops up for the next race. Seriously glad we got a half-off coupon. We won't be back.

Blake, I'm sorry your experience wasn't up to our standards. There were a few circumstances that all combined to create the situation, some of which were out of our control: 1. First of all, it was the last holiday weekend for most people, and we are always very busy on weekends... but even more so on a holiday weekend. 2. We just ran the special you were referring to, and this always brings in a flood of new customers (which we appreciate), but these new customers don't have any experience adjusting the seat and pedals on the karts and therefore need extra time and help getting them right. 3. Also, since we allow the promotional race package to be split between multiple drivers, more time is consumed at the register allocating race credits and redeeming the promotional codes. Because of this, there was a line to the door nearly all weekend. 4. Combine the above with a hardware failure on one of the two registers, spotty internet all weekend (for redeeming the voucher codes), and customers expecting to hop in a kart within minutes of their arrival, and the result is some dissatisfied customers. We really haven't served warm food for years due to lack of demand, but pizza can easily be ordered for delivery at the track if you'd like, and there are several great options close by. If we didn't sufficiently explain that, then we have an opportunity for employee training. Currently, our rental fleet is nearing the end of it's duty cycle for us, and we do have replacement karts on order. Unfortunately, this means that some of the karts won't perform evenly with others. This puts us in a quandary on a weekend such as this past one... do we remove any kart that is not performing at 97% (resulting in even longer lines and angrier customers), or do we put as many karts on track as possible to get everyone in a kart as quickly as possible? Generally, these issues don't arise simultaneously.. but when they do we deal with them as best we can. Please do accept our apologies, and come visit us again for a fresh look at what we have to offer.

Mixed feedback: Negatives: - Very poorly maintaned karts, some even dangerous. My 3rd session's kart was dangerous to drive, braking locked up right rear every corner, heavy oversteer to right and massive understeer left, engine bog when turned left. Extremely hard to drive and dangerous in hands of inexperienced user. Told the staff, but they did not even hear me out. Wasted $20... Other karts were a mixed bag, a few decent and others disaster. - Dangerous helmets. No visors, dinged, scratched, dropped. - Lack of flaggers on the track. One staff member hanging in a kart in the middle of the track is not enough. Positives: - Fantastic track! - Great facility. Nice view from the top.

Great track, tonight was my second time going and am sure there will be a whole lot more. Good racing fast karts, and they have awesome people working. Fun and entertaining place.
