Saved Pay Slips don't show up batch transactions, and are not editable (clickable) or deletable from the all All Pay Slips screen on the desktop software. I sent an email about this issue. Is anyone else having this problem?

I've had it since the last 2 updates The. I've tried creating an entirely new MyBusiness.fas file and it still occurs.

Also, I'm trying to lodge an update to a TFN declaration. I get the following error message back. My business name etc. is all setup. I am trying to update a previously incorrect TFN, is that the issue?

Hi, I just updated to the latest version you released. Since this release, when I go to the batch transactions it says:
"Error, could not load pay slip edit page".
When I try and view existing payslips on previous batches it says:
"Error, could not go to transaction edit page."

Hi, a couple of other issues trying to switch to the desktop software. I have followed the video to do a single touch payroll:

1) After I create a batch no Tax/Super withholding is shown on the Income an Expenditure screen, even though they are correctly calculated on the pay slip. There is just a line at the bottom marked as unknown which is the total of the tax withholding.

2) I'm not sure if this is related, but the Tax scale/Student loan repayment/Student supplement settings are not remembered if I try and edit a batch transaction again after saving it.

Having a few issues moving from the cloud to desktop software. I've tried to import my xbrlgl export from the cloud to the desktop, it imported the counterparties, but none of the transactions. In addition, when I try to retrieve activity statements I get "Transmission Unsucessful". Any tips to get these working?
