AUSTIN was AWESOME in helping me navigate a warranty claim issue. My BFG KO2s showed signs of cracking down the middle of the tread (widespread issue, I implore you to research it and check your tires if you also have the KO2s) and although AUSTIN had never seen or heard of this issue before, it only took about 15 minutes for him to agree there was an issue, contact BFG/Michelin, and obtain the necessary approval for a full (albeit prorated) replacement. I ended up opting for a slightly different size tire for my replacements that, unfortunately, this location did not have in stock. AUSTIN was helpful nonetheless, contacting other locations to confirm they had what I was looking for. I should have just asked him to order the tires and use this location for the mounting/balancing, because the store I went to a few miles away took over 2.5 hours to finally get the tires on my car... Great location, ask for AUSTIN.

From top to bottom, simply awesome. KAREN was great in setting up our appointment and communication overall. DELMAR was awesome when it came to selling of my then current vehicle, and purchasing of the new vehicle. Groove Toyota as a whole, for buying my car for more than $3,000 more than the car they were selling me. In fact, it took DELMAR just one 'trip to the manager' to confirm that they would match the $9,000 standing offer I came in with from another dealership on my then current vehicle, and sell me the 'new' car for just under $6,000. They promised to have my check for the difference ready in 7-10 busniess days, but ended up having it after just 5. Service Department as a whole as well, because they fixed a minor issue with my 'new' car after I drove home and realized there was an issue. They gave me a loaner and fixed the issue within another two business days, honorably adhering to their 60-day warranty and not charging me a penny. Not to mention, with the up-front-no-bs 'negotiation' with DELMAR I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in under two hours. Great service all around, and I would highly recommend asking for KAREN and/or DELMAR, as they were not only extremely helpful, respectful, and honest, but the epitome of honest and up-front as well (something very few dealerships these days can offer).

I worked with Jason every day for about five days, via email and even his personal cell number, trying to work out a deal on a car. Not only was he accommodating, but very helpful in outlining how we could go about the deal, paperwork, and even transportation of the car (I was in Denver). When I offered to fly out to the European Autohaus after we agreed to a price, he even offered to drive and pick me up from the airport early Monday morning, so that I could have as much time as possible to drive back home to Denver in the new car. Ultimately, I decided to buy a car from a dealership closer to home, however I will not hesitate to work with the European Autohaus in the future. Not only was the dealership, and specifically Jason, extremely accommodating, stress-free, and overall easy to work with, but the actual negotiations were the most relaxed negotiations I've ever endured. When we finally agreed to a price (before I bailed on the car), we did so via text, incredibly informally and laid back. Had the logistics worked out, I genuinely wish I could have purchased the car from the European Autohaus, as it was the best car-buying (car-shopping*) experience I've ever had. Thanks for everything guys, and I look forward to working with you in the future!

I had a phenomenal experience with Harrison Imports from top to bottom, and specifically with Jenn Wilson. Jenn helped me through every step of my car shopping experience with Harrison Imports, which was a tall order given that I was 'shopping' from out of state (Denver to be exact). She walked me through every step of the process, and was reachable by phone, email, text, etc, day and night, every time that I had a question or concern. On top of that, she was not only accommodating and easy-to-work-with, but was much more of a person who you might bring with you to the dealership to help you shop, rather than a traditional 'car salesman' (if that makes sense). Ultimately, after I had already put a deposit on a used vehicle, I backed out of the deal (which, by the way, was the most user-friendly negotiation I have ever been a part of) due to a minor concern with the car. Not only did Jenn go out of her way on her day off to try and remedy this minor issue with the car, but was even gracious, helpful, and understanding when I requested a refund for my deposit. I received the refund in just three days after backing out of the deal. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, this five-star customer service was dealing with the sale of a used car for about $10K, so if this is how Harrison Imports and Jenn Wilson specifically deal with customers when selling some of their cheapest vehicles, I can only imagine the service they give to the rest of their seemingly more important customers/sales. I would recommend Harrison Imports to anyone and everyone, and would strongly encourage them to ask for Jenn Wilson. Top notch dealership overall.
