The employees have always been pleasant, but they seem to have a really hard time filling prescriptions for some reason. My first experience going there went smoothly. The second time, I called to make sure both my scripts were ready and they said to come by. When I got there, they only had one prepared and apparently didn't even have the other one in stock! I'd already been waiting a few days for them to be filled, and now my dog had gone three days without his meds. I had to track down that script somewhere else. I don't fault them for not having it, but they should have told me that when it got called in so I could look elsewhere. I called on their automated system for a refill of my other pet's meds on a Thursday, and left a message as well to answer any questions they might have. They called me the next day to confirm, and said they'd call me that afternoon when it was ready. It's now Monday and I called to check on the script - it's still not done! Now this pet has gone three days without his meds. I guess I should have learned my lesson and called days before I thought I'd run out, I've just never had a pharmacy take more than a day to fill a prescription.

I was pretty happy with this place until they told us they wouldn't fill our growlers from other breweries. Ice never encountered this before, and it's clearly a money making tactic. Not sure I'll be back.
