Well, I just set duckduckgo.com as my default search engine.  Sorry +Google and +Bing, but having to scroll through a full page of ads and potentially local somewhat irrelevant results is just too much.

I did not even make it to #Pubcon2014, but probably saved time curating some thoughts from your many notetaker there and you staff who went.  

As 2015 comes near, here are 5 questions you need to answer as part of your planing for 2015:
1. When you think of your customers, what questions are you answering that an algorithm cannot?
2. What are you doing to drive traffic from channels other than search?
3. How are you making all your employees and even key customers brand ambassadors?
4. Mobile is huge.  Where and how is it in your budget?
5. Are you an authority and what are you doing beyond authorship tags to establish your authority?
