We’ve got something totally different from a tech standpoint, which is called Kinomap.TV. What they’re doing is enabling folks to use just a web browser to control trainers and sync it to video content (or not if you don’t want to). This means no downloading of software to your computer. All you need is a browser.
...
But what does it do? Well at present it’s a bit of a demonstration concept, albeit a useful one. It simply allows you to control your trainer while watching YouTube videos (such as a playlist) from a browser. So one half of the browser is your YouTube videos, while the other half is the trainer detail/control.
...
Just sit back and think about that for a second. Nobody really does that today.

The Web Bluetooth API is now available on Mac, Android & Chrome OS as an Origin Trial so that any website can use this experimental API in Chrome with no flag.

To use it, you’ll need to request a token for your origin at http://bit.ly/WebBluetoothOriginTrial and insert it in your application. See how at https://github.com/jpchase/OriginTrials/blob/gh-pages/developer-guide.md

Tip: Did you know you can now easily disconnect a device from a Web Bluetooth Characteristic?

It is as simple as calling myCharacteristic.service.device.gatt.disconnect(); in Dev Channel.
