BOARD CHOOSE NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Becky Herschbach will be the next Executive Director of the Productive Living Board. She will begin her position on July 18.

Becky comes to us with 25 years of experience, primarily in the field of services to individuals with disabilities. She has experience at multiple levels: direct service to individuals and their families; program management; and as a funder - at the individual level in case management for DMH and the organizational level at the United Way of Greater St. Louis.

The board is confident that Becky's skills and experience are well matched with our strategic vision. I know that she is eager to begin reaching out to our partner agencies to maximize our impact for the individuals we all serve.

More information on Becky will be posted in the coming days.

At the April 11, 2016 Board meeting, the Board accepted the much anticipated Strategic Plan presented by EMD Consultants.
“During fiscal year 2016, significant change has occurred at PLB. With many new board members and the retirement of the long term Executive Director, the Board engaged in a comprehensive strategic planning process. The result is that PLB is clear about its strategic direction and priorities and has processes in place to ensure the organization is managing change and continuously planning”, taken from the Executive Summary of the newly adopted Strategic Plan.
