 RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST – ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND
Our client company is currently seeking a Relationship Specialist. The RPO Sourcing individual contributor engages in strategic and tactical sourcing by relentlessly pursuing every available outlet (job boards, alumni networks, events) to find potential candidates to fill current and future needs. This individual will proactively and reactively seeks potential candidates, accurately captures contact information, and sells the client opportunities to encourage prospects to apply.
Responsibilities include:
-        Accountable for overall sourcing pipeline results for assigned requisitions.
-        Represent the Sourcing team to recruiters and hiring managers.
-        Establish new sources, develop long-term relationships with channel partners, research potential new vendor relationships, and manage existing vendor relationships.
-        Monitor productivity of various sourcing channels leveraging Operations Reporting resources when appropriate.
-        Manage employee referrals with assistance from hub sourcers.
-        Ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws.
 
Qualifications:
-        Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in recruitment activities or equivalent related education.
-        Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-        Solid sales skills and comfortable cold-calling.
-        External vendor management interface skills.
-        Knowledge of recruiting practices, candidate process management, and skills assessment techniques.
-        Aptitude for or knowledge of applicant tracking systems preferred.
-        Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
-        Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
-        Post Graduate Degree in technical field, business or HR management preferred
