Tomato Pulao:one pot delicious and spicy Pulao with protein rich Paneer and Soy granules. Soy granules is my latest addiction and a healthy one. The Pulao also consists veggies. Simply serve with Raita for a perfect weekend meal. Recipe on the blog.

Stuffed Chillies: Anaheim chillies, the non spicy version of chilipeppers are stuffed with delicious, spicy Potato curry. These can be served as a with Rice or Roti. Bel peppers/Capsicum can be used in place of Anaheim chili. Recipe on Veggibites.

Malabar Spinach/Poi leaf/Bacchalikura Dal: Rice and Dal/Dhal can be the most comforting food. Dal is vegetarian/vegan protein source and perfect for feeding lil kids too. Serve Dal with Rice and top it with a dollop of ghee and yum yum!
