This place is a classic. Great food and a great atmosphere. Their employees are one of a kind and they bring old school back with the glass bottled cokes. Did i mention their dogs are awesome? Well, they are.

Not to knock this place, but it's just basic, cheap food. Anyone who think's of this place as some iconic "must see" must never have left Allen County in their entire life. It's ok.

A must stop while in Fort Wayne. I love the porcelain covered tables. Waiters take orders without the aid of paper.

I had really high hopes after reading these reviews. If anyone likes these coney dogs, they've never had a real coney. You could basically go to the store, buy cheap hot dogs, cheap buns, then dump some cheap, watery chili on them. Same thing. Equally gross. Unfortunately, I definitely do not recommend this place. I wish I could though. Very cool history and an awesome multi-generation ownership story. But the quality of the food is pretty bad.

Friendly people. Olde fashioned hotdog stand comfort food.

Best coney dogs and love how they've kept everything original on the inside, even the antique refrigerator they still use!

going here has been a family tradition since the late 1920's, my grandpa was a trolley car driver in fort wayne and he would go on his lunch there to eat, he took my father there when he was a kid, by this time though they lived 65 miles away, my father took me there as a kid and now i take my son there. People i tell that i drive 65 miles for a hot dog think i am crazy, but i tell them ' then i guess you have never been there and had one"
