On the other words: I'm moving to Sweden with 3 kids in 10 days and we haven't been able to find a place to live yet. All help is highly appreciated. We work with a relocation company, but they haven't been very helpful.

This is a brilliant (simple) idea!
Learned something interesting: the Carillo dining hall of UCSB went to a "no-trays" policy to reduce food waste. In the past year, the management calculated this reduced waste by 60 tons and reduced water consumption by 1 million gallons.

Simply because people don't load up trays anymore. Something to think about...
