The key to Spanish garlic toast is really fresh bread, fresh garlic and GringoCool extra virgin olive oil.

Exploring my daughter's kitchen at VCU in Virginia, I found the remnants of poor quality olive oil. Shame on my daughter. :-)

Al Margen Comunicación made a short video showing our "Cold Pressed Elixir" (Spanish, organic extra virgin olive oil). The team there designed the labels and the packaging. Now they are working on two labels this season since GringoCool will offer two varieties of extra virgin olive oil. They have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them. They are located in Cordoba. Check out their web page.

Here is the new packing for "Cold Pressed Elixir" a Spanish organic extra virgin olive oil developed for GringoCool and Cactus Canyon Ceramics. Al Margen Communications in Cordoba, Spain developed the labeling, bottling and packaging for the new product which will be at the online store (www.gringocool.com) by the middle of September. The olive oil is fantastic, and as you can see from the video, you don't have to worry about breakage! :-)
