I just added Chapter Sixteen of “Broken Homes, Unkept Gardens” to the blog.
In this chapter, Lisa and Dylan plan their wedding. Certainly their families have reason to be concerned. His divorce from Elaine and then his experiences in the war left him a broken man; her brother is an ex-convict and her sister is a woman who had a baby out of wedlock. Lucinda Rinaldi, Lisa’s employer, has a new boyfriend, and he’s asking questions about her. Does he suspect the truth?
Chapter Eighteen follows next week.
This book is available on amazon.com. It will make a great Christmas gift for those who like family sagas. All author royalties go to rescue and find homes for unwanted dogs and cats.
