Zaharie's sister denounces MH370 suicide pilot theories in response to an interview with Byron Bailey. Having become friends with Sakinab Shah I quizzed her about various assertions, one being a claim that Zaharie took stress leave in the month before MH370 was lost.

Tell these buggers to not waste their talent n time pointing fingers….the wrong way ……rather to use their expertise to locate the bloody plane….that’s the best they can contribute to humanity !!”
That did not quite answer my question. I recalled from the March 2015 report reading that Zaharie had taken sick leave due to back strain from a paragliding accident, so i asked her if maybe this alleged leave had anything to do with the paragliding accident?
This was her response:

Cannot confirm about his one month medical leave. As was said, we were out for dinner 2 weeks prior that fateful flight ‘n’ things appear very normal. I certainly would have noticed anything out of the ordinary.

He was his usual boisterous n chirpy self with his “wise cracks ” …My brother n his family, my sister and I, we had an enjoyable dinner that nite. He was in no noticeable pain ‘n’ neither was he stressed up !!!
As regards his flight schedule…….he was in the roster…..forwarded 1 month ahead of his scheduled flight!!
All that was said in the post is mere speculation….out of convenience …or plain bull !!”
In the course of past conversations Sakinab also pointed out to me that her brother Zaharie had not attended the trial of his cousin in law Anwar Ibrahim. Yes he was politically active in a political party, but the last time I checked Malaysia was still supposed to be a Parliamentary democracy. Is it suddenly a terrorist act to belong to a political party?
Zaharie also personally funded an orphanage, you never read about that anywhere. He was a deeply compassionate man who believed in helping people, not hurting people.
When two Chechen brothers detonated bombs at the Boston marathon, Zaharie posted condolences on his facebook page for the victims. When a fellow pilot responded that it seemed a CIA conspiracy, Zaharie rubbished this and condemned terrorism.
By the way Zaharie has Catholic Irish American relatives whom he loved very dearly.
None of these Walter Mitty suicide theorists seem willing to acknowledge all the positive humanitarian aspects of Zaharie’s life. Why would they?
It is far easier to attack a man who can’t answer back and in doing so make a name for themselves.

MH370's loss of Transponder & ACARS was not pilot induced. Catastrophic failure of the Left AC Power Transfer Bus was the cause.
After ACARS came back online the airline attempted to place two SAT phone calls to MH370 at 18:39. Error codes returned by MH370 indicated Power Management Failure after power was restored to the Left AC Relay.
No action by the pilots could replicate these Error codes.

What the MH370 Flaperon found at La Reunion proves is aerial searches above 7th Arc seabed search area saw no debris. ATSB did however ignore 400+ objects spotted by satellite 425nm further south. Doesn't take a genius to work out they are looking in the wrong place.

Malaysia falsified radar data for MH370. Electrical failure before 18:03 proves this. MH370 could not have navigated the Straits of Malacca with the kind of electrical failure which it suffered.
The Government's strike out motion against a damages claim by MH370 relatives is itself frivolous & vexatious and an abuse of legal process. Here is why:
In December 2015 the ATSB reported massive electrical failure before 18:03 UTC was why the SDU satellite antenna was out of action until 18:25 UTC. Experts in avionics deduced MH370's Left AC transfer relay did not power the SDU prior to an automatic log on at 18:25.
On a Boeing 777 the Right Integrated Drive Generator (IDG) is designed to kick in automatically to power the Left AC relay during failure. The aircraft will close a circuit tie breaker automatically without human intervention.
If the Tie breaker did not close then the failure was across both Left and Right Bus relays. in that case the Standby Transfer Relay kicked in. Standby Transfer relay will power the autopilot but it will not power the AIMS navigation brain.
Without AIMS navigation MH370 could not have navigated through the Straits of Malacca and could not have made precise turns to intercept waypoint VAMPI and then turn to intercept waypoint MEKAR as Malaysia claims military radar observed.
Satellite data does not necessarily corroborate a detour west around Sumatra. Some of the data between 18:25 and 18:28 UTC is highly erroneous. It maybe that the satellite data is erroneous because of electrical failures on MH370.
Malaysia's Government has always refused to prove these claimed radar sightings. No evidence = no proof. The Government therefore can't prove indeterminate cause as grounds for strike out of legal claims by relatives, as it has not proved MH370 detoured through the Straits at all.
In fact the Malaysian Government introduced what appears to be falsified evidence to mislead investigation of MH370. If Malaysia's Government itself is the author of false evidence then it cannot refute the claims of others as frivolous or vexatious based on assertions by their own false evidence.
The Government also wound up the airline and created a new airline to escape liability, but in that case the Government has merely assumed responsibility to itself as former owner of MAS.

Refreshingly real reflection of what we all suffer... being human
Like anyone else, I too have anger in me. However, I try to recall that anger is a destructive emotion. I remind myself that scientists now say that anger is bad for our health; it eats into our immune system. So, anger destroys our peace of mind and our physical health. We shouldn't welcome it or think of it as natural or as a friend.
