The food was disappointing. Customer service was lacking as well.

Be careful when placing online orders at this location. The food is usually not ready until about 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Lately, the fried rice has been bland and tasteless, like something out of a TV dinner box. Honey seared chicken was also bland, and the sauce was extremely sweet and syrupy. As for the Mongolian Beef, the beef chunks were tough and overcooked, and the sauce had way too much salt. Overall, quality of food has gone way down since they first opened. Not worth the price being charged.

Was alittle skeptic when arriving to the diner, seeing where it was located, however, once inside it actually was inviting. Great atmosphere for family and couple. Food is prepared and cooked out in the open if you consider yourself awed by cooks creating your dish. They provide the menu on monitor screens as well as paper to cover all those that don't have room to view the screen, lol. So it felt up to date. Order the food, watch it cook and a waiter delivers it to your seats. You choose where you like to sit. Plenty of choices for drinking due to the new coke machine with over 200 flavors. Its a great place to eat with friends or by oneself.

Our first experience was with the woman who took our order. She had a bit if an attitude almost like she could care less about what she was doing. Customer service sucked! Then we proceeded to take a seat and had to buss our own table. We were checked on once but that was it. Food came out fast and was tasty. Honestly the cashier ruined our experience.

I have frequently eaten at Pei Wei, the food is superb and my friends love it. If I remember it's owned by the same corporation that also run's PF Chang's. I would call this the PF Chang's for weekdays, as we frequent it during lunch hours. The meals are creative and the prices are good.

Took the family here while we were out shopping. Tried the Lo Mein, Korean Chicken, Pad Thai, and Sweet and Sour. Carrots in the Korean dish were gritty, didn't seem to be cleaned properly. The Pad Thai had no seasoning to speak of, and couldn't really taste the peanut sauces, and the Lo Mein was just downright inedible. Skip this place!
