Jacksonville Florida based doom/sludge/heavy metal band HOLLOW LEG are pleased to announce that they will officially release their new album Crown in North America on June 24 2016. The album was previously only available in Europe but will now be available in the US and Canada as well. The album was mixed by Sanford Parker (Corrections House, Twilight) and is highly recommended for fans of High on Fire, Weedeater and Crowbar.

The album is being re- released in conjunction with their upcoming tour which will be announced shortly.

About Hollow Leg:

Hollow Leg, a duo now a quartet, is an enormously toned groove engine hailing from the highways between Deland and Jacksonville, Florida. The band's affinity for the roots of American Blues music and English metal has created a sound that has been compared to a mix of doom, sludge and traditional heavy metal. You will hear shades of Sabbath, Crowbar, Eyehatgod, Weedeater and even Priest on Crown.

Past Praise for Crown:

"Crown is a stunning mix of Psych, Sludge, Doom and Stoner Metal. It’s an album that will only enhance Hollow Leg’s already deserved reputation within the Sludge/Doom/Stoner Metal community."-Outlaws of the Sun

"All-in-all, ‘Crown’ is a fantastic addition to both Hollow Leg’s repertoire, as well as any stoner/doom connoisseur’s collection. There’s riffs upon riffs, all of which are as good as the last and you’ll be finding yourself putting this one on repeat for days. "-The Stoner Sound

Hollow Leg is:

Scott Angelacos-vocals
Tim Creter-drums
Tom Crowther-bass
Brent Lynch-guitars/backing vox
