These people are really nice. I had a Groupon for an oil change and although I had to create an appointment, they were super friendly and did a great job. I ended up having a really nice time during the short wait to get my car work done. Thank you!

I came here because I got a good deal on Groupon for an oil change. Randall's is about a 20 minute drive for me so its pretty out of the way but I got a good deal. I went in on Wednesday morning for the oil change and found out that they only do appointments! What place takes an appointment for an oil change!? So anyways, they told me the would try to squeeze me in so I left my truck there for a few hours. I came back that afternoon and nothing had been done, so I made an appointment the next day at noon. The next day, I drove all the way back down to Randall's and they had a sign on there door saying "Power problems, back by noon". I called the number they provided on the door and they said that they would give me a call once everything was up and running. This was bazaar to me because all the other stores and restaurants next door had power. The least they could have done was given me a call to reschedule my appointment but they did not even have the courtesy! Its now Friday and I still have not heard from them. And on top of all this, the clerk kept my Groupon Voucher! The customer service here is terrible, and I will not be returning as soon as I get my refund!

Took my ford focus in for a bad wheel bearing. The bearing costs about 50 bucks and the labor involves taking the tire off, replacing the bearing, and putting the tire back on. 30 minutes tops. I took it to them because I recently moved and don't have most of my tools. They quoted me $500! WTF?! This place is a ripoff. Called other mechanics in the area and they quoted ~200 bucks. This place is fine to get your oil changed, but DON'T get any actual work done here.

Been dealing with the same engine overheating problem for about 9 months. I have taken my car in to randalls like 4 times and they charge a fortune. Long story short they claim they fixed the problem the first time but 9 months later I have been dealing with it off and on. I dont think these guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend anyone else.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY I don't live on this side of town and I needed to get my oil pan replaced because it busted on bryant irving road. Randalls was the closest shop and I called them to get a quote. They quoted me at $800. Insanely expensive! I decided to call a shop in Arlington that I frequent for a quote and they quoted me at $400. HALF THE PRICE. It was obvious that the people at Randalls was trying to take advantage of my situation. Never trust this place.

I see that Randall's has gotten some pretty poor ratings on here. Personally, every experience I've ever had with them has met, if not exceeded, my expectations. Most of the time I'm dealing with Trey up there and he's never steered me wrong. I purchased their "Lifetime Oil Change" deal last year ($160 for lifetime oil changes on your vehicle) and am on about my 5th or 6th oil change. Only complaint I have is that sometimes it's tough to get my car in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time (even WITH an appointment), but outside of that I have been satisfied. I'll continue to use Randall's for my maintenance needs until they give me a reason not to.

Been going here a little over 2 years for oil checks and maintenance questions, and I usually deal with Trey at the counter - he's amiable, and seems very honest. I've had things inspected, only for him to tell me things looked fine and that I didn't need to buy anything from them. Really? Never heard of that from a garage! Sometimes I've been advised to replace something, and I'll have it done here - and if they can't do it, he'll recommend me to somewhere that can. Excellent customer service.
