Have been going every year..have traveled the world but love this place close to home. Now we bring our extended family every year too for a family get together...something for everyone...the grandchildren still chat about this and loved all the activities they had. We rent a boat and just chill.. Only negative we have (and can't be avoided ) is that the weddings are noisy late into the don't book a room near the wedding tent ! The music is loud.. Will continue this practice for our entire family it Note..nothing is perfect.

Exchanged our DVC timeshare for their Lodge. I was not disappointed. The resort is elegant with a rustic touch. The staff are courteous. Lots of things to do, even on a rainy day. The location is its forte. It has gorgeous view of Lake George. Wifi is fast. Will comeback again next year.

A wonderful hotel! I have been here more then once, and i usually stay in the lodge. I love the food, rooms, and the people that work here. They are nice, just like the pools, boat/kayak rentals, and the appliances are great. The door gets a bit hard to open at times, but overall, it's a wonderful place to go for all ages.

Gloria and I were here for three days last week and had an excellent time. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning. We had dinner one night at the bar in Caldwell which was more than we expected. We had dinner last Saturday evening in the Clubhouse Grill on the golf course which was tasty the presentation was excellent, the view was outstanding and so was the service. We had an excellent three days overall.

We had an awful experience. At check in they told us Orbitz gave us the wrong price because we didn't belong to triple A. Orbitz never told us we had to be members. After much arguing they finally said OK we will honor it. We were in the lodge at the very end. First night heat. Next night when it was -6 there was no heat it was blowing cool air. I was in bed with hat and gloves on. At 3:30 pm room was not made up yet. We called they said they are getting to it. My husband also suggested space heater. First space heater didn't work. Second space heater worked until 2:AM. We froze Sunday night. I hope I don't get sick. For all that they offered a complementary breakfast. Really was disappointing. Don't stay there. The front desk set the mood and it was not good.
