Hi all, I'm not one to link drop, but I thought this would be of interest. +Chris Ainsworth has committed himself to a series of substantial blog posts detailing the many things you need to be aware of as part of link removal.
Having done this for many websites myself I can attest to the fact that this is essential reading if you ever suspect that some backlinks may be causing you issues (especially if you've received a penalty from Google). On the blog post itself it links to parts 1, 2 and 3 - I would love to hear anyone else's experiences on link removal (or worse, link penalty) if you wanted to share them!

Challenge me: Push-Ups
How to play: if you want to challenge me, plus one and give me work to do, if you want to be challenged, re-share or post on your stream and let others decide what your plans for this weekend will be.
Why play: the gamification of fitness is what makes it fun, the X-factor adds suspense and making it a public commitment that helps with accountability. Fitness is often about doing something, anything and just keep on doing it consistently. Every rep adds up and makes a difference - energy invested is never wasted.

Who is Gordon Strunk?
I shared this review I received a while back, but having read it again tonight It's given me a moment to reflect (and write) about it.
