Love a Melting Pot experience! They have a great deal for GNO for $29, which includes cheese, salad, entree, and chocolate! My girlfriends and I try to come at least once a year to enjoy a leisurely, fun fondue time. Recently, we had the Green Goddess cheese and Rolo chocolate fondues, which were special on the menu for GNO and it was divine. You can't really go wrong here though with what you choose. It's delicious and the service is on point. Park at Horton Plaza for free for three hours or valet and get $5 off your bill.

Expensive. Very fun experience though. Never thought boiling filet mignon would be smart, I was surprised.

We came here to try it out for dessert - cheese fondue for dinner didn't sound all that appetising. We ordered chocolate fondue for 2 for dessert, and it was fine, but oh so small - lots of little tiny pieces of dipping foods, and a very small amount of chocolate. It was ok, but would have been much better if we could have chosen to have lots of a certain dip food rather than being stuck with weird things - seriously, how are you supposed to fondue a piece of cheesecake, even if it is tiny. The venue was darkly lit but was otherwise pleasant, and thr staff were ok. I wouldn't be rushing back.

Food was good. The Caesar salad could have been colder and the portions are a little small for the price. But taking over 2 hours is not cool.

I came here during restaurant week with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was INCREDIBLE! I don't know what screams happiness more than a hot pot of delicious cheese. The portions were a little small but I think that is because of restaurant week because I've been to another melting pot and it was a ton of food. Don't get me wrong- I still left clasping my stomach! I think the classic selection probably offers the biggest variety - shrimp, two types of steak, two types of chicken. I recommend trying that with the hot oil option because you get tempura and sesame batter which will blow you away. And don't forget to stuff the mushrooms and fry them, yum!

My wife and I have been on our honeymoon for two weeks, eating every single meal at a restaurant. Out of the 20+ meals we have eaten, Thomas was by far the best server we've had. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and work ethic were exceptional. We felt as though we were spending time with a friend, rather than being at a restaurant. If I was a business owner, Thomas would be someone I would want working for me. It's easy to go through the motions in a busy restaurant on a Saturday night, but Thomas was thorough with his explanations of the menu and his friendly banter. Not once did we wonder where he was, or did we feel like we needed more attention to the table. I cannot say enough about his excellent service, which again, felt more like spending time with a friend than being at a restaurant. The only thing we could ask for would be to visit again, or if Thomas was local to us in New York, because we certainly would visit on a very frequent basis. We will be sure to recommend this restaurant, and Thomas on social media. Thank you so much!

Fondue is so much fun with family and close friends. My sister has been here several times and ordered for us. We started out with the spinach artichoke and fiesta cheese. I like my stuff hot, while she and my kids didn't so the waiter left the chopped jalapenos for me. Then the salads. Off to the main course, the Mojo and Bourguignonne. The Bourguignonne came with tempora batter and it was so much fun! Of course you can't forget the chocolates, we got the smores and salted caramel. All the items for dipping was fantastic. Can't wait to go again.
