I think many professional people will agree with Dr. William J. Raduchel. He has said-

Don't pick a job. Pick a boss. Your first boss is the biggest factor in your career success. A boss who doesn't trust you won't give you opportunities to grow.

Check out the attached infograph prepared by Central bank of #Kenya. This infograph nicely explains the government securities and #treasury bills.

A Government Security(G-Sec) is a tradable instrument issued by sovereign Government. It acknowledges the Government's debt obligation. Such securities are short term (usually called treasury bills, with original maturities of less than one year) or long term (usually called Government bonds or dated securities with original maturity of one year or more).

In Bangladesh, there are two G-sec: Treasury Bills (T-Bills) and Bangladesh Government Treasury Bond (BGTB) available in three tenors namely 91 day, 182 day and 364 day.

#CentralBanking #Scoop from #Armenia

Armenian Dram has some of world's high denominations since 2009. There are - 1000, 5000, 10 000, 20 000, 50 000, and 1 000 000 dram notes in circulation. The Central Bank of Armenia has announced it will drop its highest-denomination banknote and introduce a new lower-denomination note when it prints its new series.

Thats a smart move for Armenia.
Lower domination helps people and banks to calculate money with less zeros :)
