I went there for an oil change and tire rotation on a car I lease from another location. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half, watched multiple people come and go before my car was finally done. When I get to my car I see they gave it a wash which was nice, except they did a half ass job. There was still dirt on all of the windows and water marks on the mirrors. During the tire rotation they had to get into my trunk for the lock for one of the tires, which ok fine understandable. But when they put the stuff back in my trunk they had set the laundry detergent I had in there (I have well water at home so I go to relatives to do laundry) sideways. It leaked all over my trunk and everything else I had in there.

I had the best vehicle buying experience. My salesman Nic S. happened to be awesome as well. The staff was also very pleasant and went above and beyond to help me get the best deal they could possibly get on my new truck. I highly recommend this dealership and I know exactly where I will be going to get a vehicle in the future.

My salesperson Sean Reed was great. He was not pushy at all and answered any questions I had quickly and honestly. He gave me all the paperwork I asked for and gave me numbers for those same things. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a New/Used car and would definitely visit Serpentini Chevrolet in the future. I found the vehicle I wanted through the USAA car buying service and after test driving the vehicle the day before, I was in and out in around 45 minutes to an hour. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

From the time my call was answered to make an appointment for the recall issue on the ignition of my Olds Alero, until I left Serpentini after the work was completed, I could not have been more satisfied with the way I was treated. Michael Scheffer was pleasant, helpful and understood exactly what was needed. The waiting area was well stocked with reading material, coffee, fruit and Danish. I had been told the repair would take approximately 30 minutes, and this was correct. Way to go Serpentini!

Great experience !!! Bought a new Chevrolet Silverado with NO hassle salesmen bothering us. My salesman ( Derek ) was very helpful, polite and knowledgable. Thanks to Rick Sako (finance manager ) for getting us in and out quickly. Thanks to the SerpentinI team in Tallmadge.

WORST DEALORSHIP EVER!!! I am an 80% disabled Iraq War Veteran and limited on income. My wife and I went into this dealership based on a great review from our neighbor who is good friends with the Owner of Serpentini and his 2 sons. We spent several thousand on a Ford Taurus and not even 1 1/2 miles and less than 5 minutes after driving off the lot the car starts to break down. We live in Cleveland so I called the dealership to ask if we could bring it back and they said no. Then they said to bring it back another day and they would look it over to see if they could help with anything. I set up an appointment but on that way there the car couldn't even go over 25 miles per hour and was stalling out. I took it to a local repair shop and then asked if they could reimburse us for ONLY $140 of the repairs even though to this day it sits at the shop with several hundred dollars in repairs needed to get this car running. I sent Serpentini the repair bill showing it was paid, it was forwarded to the used car manager and I have left a message only to be ignored and NOT reimbursed even though I have proof saying they would do so. This is how they treat disabled veterans!!! WILL NEVER do business with them again and I am passing word around to all my veteran friends & organizations this same experience.

DONT BUY!! The salesmen were very nice when i bought a 20,000$ ford sport trac in march of 2015. He told me this is a very nice truck hard to find, and it has brand new tires on it. Well if you all remember we had alot of snow last year, so i really didnt look, he also said the tire sencor was on because it was cold. Well three months latter a had to change my brakes on it. Come to find out... my brand new tires were dry rotted! And and my tires sencors light is still on. Ive taken it to them twice in less than a year. Still has not put on new tires or fixed my sencors. My radio goes out and hasnt fixed that. You better make sure you read all the paper work be for you sign !!! The will say anything ti sell a car.. dont buy from them!!!
