had a great experience! Dan Swartz was very helpful, kind, interested in what we needed and wanted. Visited a different car lot before Serpentini and the salesman didn't seem too interested. that turned us off. I'd recommend Serpentini and would definitely buy from them again.

Rod Colbert the body shop manager is Phenominal customer service wise. He should be a new car salesman as he would have all my future coorporate and personal business. He's not "over-the-top" like some of these guys. He's just a good, reasonable representative of the Chevy brand !

Wife bought a 2002 Kia Sportage that supposedly got the green light from their service dep't before placing for sale. It was a beauty inside and out with only 65,000 original miles, EXCEPT I didn't ask to see the underneath. She went on her 1st vacation to the beach a few weeks after the purchase with our oldest daughter, oldest granddaughter, and her baby. It had a leak when she stopped for gas in north Carolina so she asked the Guy inside to look at it. Apparently it had been in a flood before trading it to Serpentini? The whole underside was completely rusted up, all lines damaged, and needed a new power steering pump. Luckily a brake line didn't fail or transmission line on the highway. She had to leave the car with the station as it was unsafe to drive. The owner told her to rent a car and continue to the beach which cost $500.00! He had to order parts and wait on them to fix things. He stated every where he touched the rusted parts crumbled. At over $1500.00 on a repair bill we now owe our daughter over $2000.00 she charged on her credit card! They had to have seen this when they did their inspection which now I understand why we were told repeatedly no warranty - as is! this borders on fraud to me. I can't afford a lawyer and have to sell my 1979 Bronco to come up with this money! I have all the parts and paperwork to prove this. My only hope is some people will see this and not deal with them or a least make them put up the car on a lift and view the underside so they don't get screwed! My fear is other things will fall apart now or the transmission will fail if water got into the overflow. It needs back brakes also so I guess there inspection missed this also. What next will fail? How do we trade it to someone knowing what can occur? Take it back to them as obviously it will pass their inspection?

I was very happy with the repairs that the vehicle received. Lisa KerLee made sure all my concerns where taken care of. The used car came with a 90 day warranty which covered all repairs thanks to the used car manager Chris Byler! I would recommend anyone I know looking for a new or used car to check out serpentini in tallmadge!! Thank You

Seemed nice on the surface but keep your eyes open. This was my first purchase so I didn't know some of the things I do now. If you don't watch they will talk deal then turn around and sell at full price. Check everything! I found out that the headlight that looked repaired was just taped and glued.

No dealership deserves 5 stars period dot com!! There all snakes!! I did get a good deal on a subaru tho. And there other cars at the time were very competitive!! It takes alot to be that positive towards ne1 that sells chevy!! All and all not a bad experience not great but not bad. Watch that snake in the back office he'll add all kinds of crap on ur invoice with a smile too and act like he did nothin. He'll take it off if ur persistant but u have to be persistant. Whatever price he gives u for gap insurance, counter offer with half and dont pay more then half either or ur way over payin. Back office guys usually make more then the salesman and there snakier too.

Beautiful car! My husband and I stopped in to look. He found a vehicle he loved and we were able to test drive it and work with salesman to fit our budget. All the guys there were friendly and very helpful. It did take half the day but it was worth it. We both really enjoyed laughing and having fun with the guys. The car was detailed for us when we returned and they gave us a great deal on our trade in. Definitely refer others to dealership and salesman. Nick was very easy to work with, not pushy at all. He offered us something to drink and made us feel at home. Other customers there were real nice and easy to talk to.
