Letting go of certainty and social engineering as a practical introduction to anarchy. Very well put.

This is real good. Leave it to a comedian to police the media.

What the hell does that mean? Regardless, the segment was pretty amusing. Another media outlet...I think the economist? commented on the moderator's smirk at the debate in response to Paul's passionate anti-war stance, while keeping a straight face at the complete rehearsed nonsense spewed by some of the others - most notably, Santorum and Bachmann.

The part of this video where Tom talks about how seeking profits teaches us how to be civil by trying to envision what other people want encapsulates a lot of the feelings I'd gotten after attending BarCamp Birmingham and observing the entrepreneur ethos.

I like where Tom goes into the difference between obtaining property through voluntary, mutually beneficial exchanges and obtaining it through violations of property rights.

I predict that pockets will be a lot less fashionable in the near future. It might even be a status symbol not to have any pockets because it's a signal of one letting go of all primitive material interactions in favor of virtualized ones.

And did you hear that they can turn your thoughts into video now? Fashions are gonna change real fast.

I'm actually really excited about Google connecting participating retailers with the data Google has on Google wallet users. I expect extremely well-targeted advertising and offers to result. So I won't even have to shop for my new pocketless clothing, but just approve the purchases.

Can you harness this knowledge to exploit the placebo effect through a positive outlook? Is Nihilism bad for your health?

First Generation of learning "cognitive" computer, like the one destroyed by Sarah Connor in Terminator 2, will be able to"learn through experiences, find correlations, create hypotheses, and remember – and learn from – the outcomes, mimicking the brains structural and synaptic plasticity,"

Finally, the path to A.I. lay bare.

The picture associated with this link is nihilistic commentary on the futility of our fiscal reality. Nihilism helps you cope.

No! Nihilism is bad! Well, maybe. Like a protective shell? I understand that.
